How I Would Both Seth Rollins VS Triple H For Wrestlemania

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well and good! Last week Triple H shocked the world when he made his surprise return to WWE TV taking out both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins costing them the WWE Universal Championship and effectively allowing Kevin Ownes to take the title home. Over the past year or so I have been talking greatly here on my blog and over on twitter of a feud between Seth Rollins and Triple H, something the WWE have been teasing for almost two years, something that feels as though it has been in the making for a long time and with the actions we saw take place last week it seems as though the seeds really have been planted for something big between the two! In today's blog post this is exactly what we are going to be focusing on as I tell you how I would book Seth Rollins VS Triple H for Wrestlemania next year! This is a post that I have wanted to write in full for ages and so I'm super excited to get writing this today! Keep in mind that I'm writing this on Monday the fifth of September and so Monday night RAW hasn't been aired yet and we're starting this post from this episode of Monday night RAW. As always any recent blog posts will be linked including my most recent RAW Highlights/ Review and Reactions and mu Smackdown LIVE Best and Worse Moments. Finally, you can have you say and tell me how you would like to see Seth Rollins VS Triple H booked by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

There's Always A Plan B

Lets first go back to two thousand and fourteen and the start of a rather interesting alliance. Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns had been the dominate faction of the WWE since late of twenty twelve making an impact on their debut night they set the tone and reminded everyone that a change was on the horizon with the future of the company was making their mark now. For months however their threesome had been finding it difficult to get on the same page with conflict between the three televised week in and week out and as what was once the most dominate thing in the WWE today was now falling apart more and more as time passed. Around Wrestlemania season of twenty fourteen the three superstars found themselves back on track and once again a united front. Walking out of the biggest stage of the year with yet another Mania victory the team looked to be as strong as ever and with a baby face run now active they walked into a feud against one of the most popular and dominate factions in sports entertainment history, evolution. A returning Batista, multi time champion Randy Orton and of course Triple H once again joined forces to take out the young up and comers and after two brilliant, stand out matches it was the Shield who had momentum on their side. Twenty four hours after their second victory over Evolution things completely changed for the three superstars as their singles careers would kick start in dramatic fashion. Following Batista's earlier decision to quit Triple H searched for another option, that other option being plan B, that plan B being Seth Rolling ho in a shock twist turnt on his partners shocking both Ambrose and Rollins and the WWE Universe.

An Excellent Year For the Architect

In the year that followed Seth Rollins became arguably the new face of the WWE. Every single week the former tag team champion found himself at the centre of the show. Opening and closing he was the main attraction taking part in some of the strongest and most entertaining storyline's/feuds of the past decade. Taking on the likes of Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, John Cena, Randy Orton, and even Sting Rollins climbed to the top one step at the time. Thanks to the help of Stephanie McMahon, Triple H and Kane he was able to take advantage of every opportunity that came his way. In two thousand and fourteen he became Mr Money in the bank thanks to some help from Kane who prevented fellow rival of Rollins' Dean Ambrose from taking the contract himself. Several months later Rollins had one of the most memorable Wrestlemania performances of all time taking on Randy Orton one on one in a stand out match an later cashing in his Money in the Bank contract in the main event against Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion in what was easily the greatest cash in of all time. Onward's he would make even more history defeating Sting in another solid match while also defeating John Cena to become the first man in history to hold both the United States Championship and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the same time. All thanks to the help of the Authority especially Triple H. His one true mentor.

A Shocking Betrayal

Last week after spending several months out of action after falling to Triple H at this years Wrestlemania pay per view the game, Triple H made his shock and anticipated return to WWE television and what an epic return it was! With Kevin Owens, Big Cass, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins all competing in a huge fatal four way to become the new WWE Universal Champion everyone was backing a different superstar and it really was anyone's game. With Cass out of the picture of being eliminated by Owens it became a triple threat and while the action grew more and more entertaining out of nowhere Triple H made an appearance attacking Roman Reigns and feeding him to Rollins who soon made the cover taking Rollins out of the picture. Moments later however Triple H swerved us all in an epic twist! Attacking Rollins completely out of the blue we all sat back and witnessed one of the best yet most shocking moments of the year as the biggest betrayal of the year took place and Kevin Owens was named the new WWE Universal Champion. The alliance of Seth Rollins and Triple H really as over.

How I would Start the Build Up

As I mentioned in the intro I am writing this blog post a thew days before I actually upload it so keep that in mind as I'm going to start this by talking about how I would start the build up starting on what would have been this weeks episode of Monday night RAW. So, we open the show with the new champ, Kevin Owens. Cocky as ever he delivered a killer promo talking about hard he has to work over the years, the sacrifices he has had to make. He stats talking about how quickly he has reached to the top, how he has had to sit back and let guys like John Cena and Roman Reigns take the spotlight, maybe even a little dig at Balor being a weak excuse of a champion. He then starts moving on to mocking Rollins and Reigns even more about last week yet making it clear that regardless he would have walked out as champion with or without the help of Hunter. That's it for the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion who then makes an appearance for the first time of the night. Picking up a huge reaction from the crowd he verbally attacks Owens demanding a rematch yelling in the face of the champion reminding him that if it wasn't for Hunter he wouldn't have that title resting on his shoulder. An angry Rollins then calls out Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon after Owens point blank refuses to give Rollins a one on one title show. Now, instead of Stephanie and Foley coming out from the curtain Reigns' music hits who moves on to tell Rollins that it wasn't just him that was screwed out of a victory last week and demands that he deserves a one on one title shot also.At this point Stephanie and Foley make an appearance and here we can have two different options. First we could have Stephanie announce that there will be a triple threat  at Clash of Champions in a thew weeks time between the three superstars. Or this weeks main event see's Reigns and Rollins go one on one (again) and the winner will go on to face Owens at Clash of Champions. In that main event the night ends in DQ or count out with Owens at commentary he soon makes his way to the ring taking out both Rollins and Reigns to prove his point and look like the dominate champion. The following week on RAW Stephanie opens the show and announces that Triple H will explain his actions at his own time. Now, in my fantasy booking mode we keep Hunter off TV for a little longer just because we don't need to throw everything in all at once. Stephanie and Foley call out all three men and then announce they will all compete in a triple threat at the next pay per view.

The Next Two Pay Per Views

At Clash of Champions we see Kevin Owens defend his WWE Universal Championship in a triple threat against Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. The match is excellent. The three show the world what the future is all about and put on a match of the year worthy bout. Mid way through the match Rusev makes a return (we keep him off TV for a little) attacking Reigns. Lets be honest, Roman should not be in the main event picture just yet. Let him focus on improving and winning the fans over by taking on Rusev and capturing that US Title. It then comes down to Rollins and Owens who compete a little longer but eventually it's once again thanks to a shock appearance from Triple H that allows Owens to retain his championship. After the match Hunter attacks Rollins even more sending a message to the former champion and leaving us all just wondering what the hell is going on. The following night on RAW Hunter opens the show where he finally explains his actions. He explains why he's targeting Rollins claiming that it was him who made Rollins, him who made NXT and made Seth into the star he is now. He talks about how ungrateful he is and how ungrateful the future of the company (not Kevin Owens) and the WWE universe are. Stephanie McMahon then makes an appearance shocked and confused she questions her husband live in the middle of the ring where he explains that Seth was the guy they choose and demands and explanation from her husband instead all Hunter say's is he's not the man anymore and walks off. Maybe he even blames her for choosing the wrong guy. At Hell in a Cell we kind of have this image of Stephanie and her pick Seth Rollins VS Kevin Owens aka Triple H's pick. Keeping Owens and Rollins competing one on one inside hell in a cell means that there can be no outside interference. It's one on one and one of these guys is walking out as champion after a clean victory. The two battle each in what is another phenomenal stand out match one that sees both men take one of the biggest beatings of their life.  After the match and Owens successfully retains it's repeat of Clash of Champions with a twist. Stephanie comes down to the ring to console Rollins but in a shock twist she kicks him right in between the legs, slaps him around the face and throws him to Triple H pedigrees Rollins again. She then takes the mic and closes the show with the words "he will always be the man".

Introducing.... Braun Strowman

I know you're probably  reading that sub heading and thinking what the actual fuck? Has Victoria gone insane. Hold on, give me a second, let me explain. So we move our attentions onto Survivor Series witch hopefully will see both brands working the same pay per view and we bring back traditional Smackdown VS RAW Survivor Series elimination matches. We have the two champions as captains. For team Smackdown LIVE we have Dean Ambrose, Rhyno, Dolph Ziggler, AJ Styles, and maybe Apollo Crews and for team RAW we have Kevin Owens, Braun Strowman, Neville, Chris Jericho, and Seth Rollins. Now, in this match we are going to make Braun Strowman the star. I know, you think I'm crazy but this is where we are going to start building Strowman up for a huge year. In
the match he takes out the likes of Apollo Crews and Rhyno and if you want to push it a little more he also takes out a bigger name like Styles. He looks as strong as ever and he's actually eliminated because of a mistake made my Rollins. In the end however it's Rollins who gets the win for Team RAW witch works perfectly for the storyline and only angers Hunter even more who of course is at ringside. In the weeks that follow Braun Strowman is pushed to the moon. He scores huge victories left right and centre and eventually he is pushed as Stephanie's beast, something that will later come into his own big story. He's booked in a singles match against Rollins for the final pay per view of the yea and he manages to defeat Rollins clean and once again Seth is back to the drawing board looking for momentum.

The Road to Wrestlemania and the Event itself

We then start to focus on Wrestlemania and that huge match up between Triple H and Seth Rollins. After months and months of trying to get a one on one match against Triple H Rollins finally gets what he wants and sets to face Triple H at Wrestlemania. There's a brief moment in the Royal Rumble match were all three former Shield members unit to take out Hunter. How amazing would it be if at some point it's only those four men in the ring and Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns realise that over the past two years it has been one man screwing them both over, Triple H and so unite for one night only to take out Hunter. None of these men actually win the rumble but Hunter so angry sets to prove once and for all that he is the man and Seth's superior. You could have a stipulation here something like loser leaves Monday night RAW to spice it up a little or you could just have a simple one on one match with teacher VS Student. Either way this will be a huge match and one that is certain to be a stand out of twenty seventeen. The end result does see Rollins pick up the win regardless. It puts Rollins back at the top and establishes him yet again as one of the main faces of the WWE and of course his work as a baby face here shows he is capable of doing pretty much anything and everything.

I wish I could explain how much fun I had writing this blog post! I would love to know if you would like to see more posts like this and of course what you think so feel free to leave a comment bellow telling me how you would like to see Triple H VS Seth Rollins booked for Wrestlemania or tweet me at @TezangiVictoria.
