8 WWE Superstars You Should Be Following on Instagram

Social Media plays an interesting role in the world of pro wrestling in twenty nineteen. Both positive and a negative it can be the make or break for shows, companies and wrestlers but there are certain names that have managed to make it work in their favour. Instagram, in particular, is used as such an interesting way for WWE superstars and while nearly every talent on the roster has an account today, I’m going to be letting you in on some of the superstars I believe you definitely should be following!

Charlotte Flair

While she is a superstar that divides fan opinion the nine-time women’s champion, Charlotte Flair most certainly has a pretty neat Instagram! Despite her on screen role as a heel most of the time its this area of social media where fans can see a lot more of Flair and another side to her true personality. Unlike some of the names we will be talking about today, Flair does show a fair amount of her personal life on the gram posting images and videos alongside boyfriend Andrade Cien Almas. Flair’s Instagram is also a great place for fitness inspiration, family content and motivation with a positive feel all around and occasional references to her current rivalries and up and coming matches.

The Rock

Okay okay so including the Rock in this may be cheating a little but who says this list can’t include past superstars? Dwayne really is someone who just gets social media. From building a platform on YouTube to growing his Instagram to a crazy one hundred and fifty-seven million followers! Frome personal family content to fitness inspiration to updates and exclusive content on up and coming projects the Rock invites fans into his life in what is again a very positive and inspirational place. From videos to pictures Dwayne has one of the most filled and entertaining Instagram accounts of any celebrity today.

Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss is by far one of my favourite WWE superstars I follow on Instagram. Regularly posting Bliss’ Instagram really does give fans a clear idea of how passionate she is about the WWE and pro wrestling. Again, we get an insight into her personal life and while it may not be as open and personal as the likes of the Rock and Charlotte Flair Bliss still gives fans an insight into her life before the WWE, life outside of the ring and events. Alexa also shares memes, fan art, and updates on her pet pg. While Bliss works the role of one of the best heels in the women’s division over on the gram we get to see a whole new side of Bliss sure to leave you full of respect for the former champion and slightly wanting your own pet pig.

Baron Corbin

Love him or hate him, Baron Corbin is a pretty interesting guy and over on his Instagram we really do get to see that. Again, while he doesn’t share or go into too much detail regarding his personal life, Corbin does most certainly invite fans to take a look into a whole other side of his persona. From steaks to nice cars and flashy events, Corbin shows the life of a King on the gram. With an alternative style too, Corbin really does bring something different to everyone else on the list while we of course see plenty of gym content we really do get an insight into his personal interest as well as cute dogs, watches and the occasional kayfabe post.

Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks has become notorious for her social media posts and when you take a look at her Instagram its pretty clear as to why. She may not have the most personal account in the world but regular appreciation and shout outs to her fans balances out the kayfabe content we see more regularly now. As well as inspirational quotes, holiday posts and motivational content its clear just by taking a quick look at her page that she is massively passionate about the world of pro wrestling and her training is on clear display throughout her Instagram. Unfortunately, there are never any true permanent hair surprises… that the Boss saves for TV returns.

Mike Kanellis

He may not get used with the most respect in the world but Mike Kanellis is most certainly a seriously underrated superstar worthy of more attention and recognition and when you take a look at his Instagram the former IMPACT star really does prove that. By far the most personal account we have touched on today, Mike invites fans into his life and leaves everyone who follows him massively in awe and full of respect. Mike is very open about his history and journeys in his personal life that really have left me inspired anyway. Kanellis/Bennett also shares plenty of family content. If there is any superstar I could ask you to follow it would be Mike.

Lana

Possibly the most entertaining Instagram account of a WWE superstar today comes from Lana. Its been a hot minute since we last saw Lana on-screen but over on the Gram she really has been a busy girl and fans can keep all up to date on everything she is doing right now! From events to personal moments, Lana knows the way of social media and its very clear. Interaction with fans, regular posts including videos and pictures, Lana has you wanting to hit the gym and stare at her pictures for far too long! You really do get a feel of Lana’s personality through her social media and she really does come across so well online!

Braun Strowman

And finally, the man I honestly believe has the best Instagram out of any WWE superstars, Braun Strowman. Now, this is a talent who really does give fans a completely new look into his life. His insta is under his real name and we get to truly see what the Monster Among men is really like outside of the ring. From the occasional family post to an insight into his interests Strowman has one of the most surprising accounts on this list. Again, the fitness motivation is there with Strowman taking us on his journey and while he doesn’t post as much wrestling based content as everyone else on this list he has the most real and personal Instagram of any and believe me when I say he is more than worth the follow!

While we spoke of some great accounts I recommend you follow there were other superstars I wish I could have included such as Maryse, Natalya, The Miz, Nikki and Brie and John Cena and so I could of so easily made this far longer but as always I would love to know what you think and who you believe I should be following on social media so leave a comment below letting me know!
