Must See WWE vs NXT Matches (Part 2)

A couple of weeks back I uploaded a blog post listing five dream and must-see WWE vs NXT matches and I admitted that I had a great deal of fun writing that piece. With that in mind, I’m going to be focusing on part two of that blog post today where I will be looking at five more bouts between WWE and current NXT talent fans need to witness in the near future!

The Usos vs The Street Profits

While I may not have been the biggest fan of the Usos a couple of years back the duo have most certainly become personal favourites of mine amongst the tag team division today and as they stand out as one of the biggest and best teams In the WWE today there are an array of dream bouts fans including myself want to see Jimmy and Jey involved in. Taking on young up and comers the Street Profits makes for one of those exciting contests the WWE universe is calling for and while Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are not yet close to a main roster call up the amazing personality and charisma of both these teams means awesome spots, segments and promos are sure to take place between the two teams in the future. The Usos have the experience to bring out the best in the Street Profits while Dawkins and Ford are more than capable of giving the Usos one of their most exciting feuds in recent memory.

Bianca Belair vs Charlotte Flair

As two of the most athletic women in the WWE today, Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair have seen comparisons from fans for the last year and a half at least! Belair still so fresh into her career has won fans over massively for her charisma, character work and incredibly impressive in-ring skill. With strength, power, speed, and athletic ability Belair is seriously talented up and comer with huge potential and a singles bout against Charlotte Flair could very easily show just how talented she really is. Flair is arguably the biggest challenge Bianca will face and the spots sure to take place in this bout mean a contest between the pair has potential to be one of the best we will be discussing in this list today!

Finn Balor vs Kyle O'Reilly

Despite the fact, Kyle O'Reilly has spent his WWE NXT career so far standing out for his work as part of the Undisputed Era there really is no denying just how talented he is and what he can do on his own. Now, I believe its vital O'Reilly remains as part of the Undisputed Era during the first year of his main roster debut at least, however, his skill, talent and experience is something that deserves to have a major spotlight of its own and it's equally as important that the WWE book him in big singles bouts in the future also and a dream opponent in my books is former Universal Champion, Finn Balor. The two both make for intense, athletic stars who bringing something different yet totally captivating to the table. This match would very easily bring out and show the very best of Kyle and while a full feud/storyline between the pair may not originally draw in fans massively what they are sure to provide in the ring together will change the game and get the WWE Universe talking.

Roman Reigns vs Dominik Dijakovic

Fans may not have seen all too much of Dominik Dijakovic as of right now, however, what we have seen so far has most certainly been impressive with his speed, amazing power and strength and popularity proving he is a superstar to watch out for! A man sure to make a huge impact and go far in the WWE we can expect the company to push him massively upon his arrival on the main roster and Roman Reigns makes for a huge talent we are likely to see him collide with. The pair both standout for the strength and power as well as their impressive image. To this date, Dikakovic’s best performance was a singles bout against Keith Lee and if we remember just how brilliant his showing was here there really is no denying that a clash against Reigns could not only show a new top dog on the roster but highlight him as a massively talented and exciting WWE Superstar.

Velveteen Dream vs Seth Rollins

And the final match I want to talk about in this blog post today is one I’m sure many of you will agree is a true must see, a collision between the Velveteen Dream and Seth Rollins. Their strikingly different characters are enough to leave fans confident this would make for one epic encounter with promos alone sure to grab the attention of the WWE Universe, however, with dream spending the last two years showing the world just how talented he is in the ring taking on the current Universal Champion promises an awesome matchup awaits the pair. Dream is a talent able to switch things up in the ring depending on his opponent and past challengers have proven he works incredibly well with superstars possessing the style in which Rollins does. Two very talented wrestlers and two very popular WWE superstars how could you not be left excited at the prospect of this collision.
