6 Important Factors The WWE Must Consider For Bray Wyatt

With Bray Wyatt back and arguably better than ever its an exciting and interesting time for the former WWE Champion. With his previous run massively flawed the WWE have yet another opportunity to showcase Wyatt for the fantastically brilliant superstar he is, and the dramatic character changes have set him up perfectly for a new and exciting path. However, to ensure the same mistakes are not made just what do the company need to do to ensure they get the very best out of the sadistic Bray Wyatt.

Double Personalities

One of the key changes we have seen added to Bray Wyatt’s character is the double personality element. Going from friendly upbeat children’s TV presenter to haunting and sadistic monster creates a truly dark and haunting addition to the WWE roster. The striking difference between the two sides of his personality fits so well with the core WWE audience. The aura of a child’s nightmare is such an interesting twist on a modern-day WWE character, but it genuinely attracts audiences both young and older. Here the WWE has the chance to really showcase how brilliant Wyatt is when it comes to character work, but the storyline opportunities are endless not to mention uniquely dark and intense. The massively out there and different sides to his personality is something we are not seeing elsewhere in the WWE today or in fact anywhere in the wrestling world today.

Darker than Ever Before

One of the key elements to Wyatt’s persona over the years was his dark characteristics. Since his debut, Wyatt has stood out for being of the darkest, twisted and intense characters in the WWE and since his return, we have seen all those elements turned up to a hundred! From the haunting mask to the changes made to how he presents himself Wyatt is already appearing more intense than he ever has done and moving forward its vital the WWE continue with that. If Wyatt is to continue standing out and making an impact on the roster today the company need to look into just how far they can go, the boundaries they can push and just how much he can make an impact by being that dark and sadistic character. Looking at what the WWE has done with the likes of Kane and the Undertaker as examples and creating a modern twist to truly leave fans hooked could result in something truly special with Wyatt this time around.

A Winning Streak

Booking is extremely important for Bray Wyatt. One of the key issues the WWE have faced with him over the years is how poorly he has been booked and of course, his win/loss record. Whether it be the likes of John Cena or Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt has struggled to walk away from a rivalry with the upper hand. There have been so many moments in which Wyatt has been in desperate need of picking up the win and he has suffered a loss that has seen him lose so much momentum and credibility. This time around its extremely important the character work matches what we are seeing from him in the ring. It's vital that not only does he compete in standout matches but walks away the victor. It may appear as though wins and losses don’t mean all too much in the WWE today, but Wyatt’s previous work proves otherwise and looking as dominant in the ring during matches and leaving with a win is key in adding credibility to his character. We need to see Bray turn things around and standout for how dominant he is in the ring and not just what he does on the mic.

Nobody Is off Limits

Creating a real true heel is so important in modern-day wrestling. Wyatt is already so over that pushing him as a big-time heel is slightly flawed before it even begins, however, what is so important moving forward is Wyatt comes across not only dark and intense but unpredictable. A common mistake the WWE make with heels is we will forever see them partner up with other heels on the roster and take sides which while we have seen work amazingly well in the past it can be a huge mistake and error in building character development. Moving forward with Wyatt a great element is making sure that nobody is off-limits. Whether it be hall of Famers, babyfaces, authority figures or other heels it's important he takes out anyone in sight. We have already seen Bray target the likes of Finn Balor and Mick Foley but its important we see his reign of terror continue on and his list of victims increase.

 Hardcore Style Adopted

Bray Wyatt is an incredibly talented in-ring performer. Taking part in so many brilliant wrestling matches throughout his career against the likes of John Cena and Daniel Bryan fans know he is an incredible WWE superstar and often times we forget just how good he is. While it’s important we continue to see even more of his in-ring talents adapting his style to suit his character is something that is so important. Wrestlers such as Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley and Randy Orton are amongst those that are so brilliant at doing just that and its time Wyatt follows in those footsteps. Adopting a more hardcore element to his move set would evidently match his new character changes perfectly! Pushing Wyatt as the dangerous and terrifying force taking over the WWE is vital and adds something completely different to the roster today and highlights a suited change in his character.

Not Over Exposing Him

If there is anything the WWE need to keep up with when it comes to Wyatt is keeping his act special. Pulling this off will mean keeping Wyatt off TV for as long as possible to simply allow his character to feel special and even more dangerous and unpredictable than ever other. Brief appearances on RAW and possibly Smackdown live focusing more so on promos, segments and PPV appearances for a good few months building the all-round feel of his character. Overdoing things here will only see history repeat itself for Bray Wyatt.

So far the WWE really have been doing everything right with Bray Wyatt. Since his return the changes in his character, promos and attacks have left fans completely gripped and excited for what is to come week by week however, if he is to keep up this high momentum its important the same mistakes are not repeated.
