Why You Should Be Excited About Tenille Dashwood Signing with IMPACT

It was recently revealed that former WWE star, Tenille Dashwood (otherwise known as Emma) has officially signed with IMPACT Wrestling. As a promotion most certainly on its way back to the top this is a huge signing for the company and a massive addition to its knockouts division, but just what does the future look like for Tenille and what can fans expect to see from her in the IMPACT zone?

Spotlight on a Major Show

Tenille Dashwood is a woman who really has been destined for greatness and a major spotlight from the get-go. A kay figure in the WWE Women’s evolution she went massively underrated and underutilised during her time with the company. Since departing from the WWE, Tenille has been apart of so many excellent encounters but signing with IMPACT Wrestling gives her the big break she has always been worthy of. This is the first TV spotlight Tenille has received since being released from the WWE and it’s a limelight she hasn’t truly had before. This will be the first time fans will get to see Dashwood at her best on TV and finally in her career, Tenille will have the chance to work big storylines and lengthy matches in front of a big crowd, on TV, and for a mainstream wrestling promotion.

Facing Tessa Blanchard

Upon signing with IMPACT wrestling it's clear there are so many talents fans want to see Tenille collide with and in a future blog post I will be diving into some of the must names she should face one on one, however, there is one women who stands out greater than ever, Tessa Blanchard. As two majorly skilled talents and two of the biggest names in the Knockouts division today and possibly of all time there is an opportunity here for IMPACT wrestling to create some true women’s wrestling magic. A collision between the pair is almost inevitable and is sure to send ratings through the rood while providing audiences with one epic match up.  

Knockouts Opportunities

The opportunities women face and have access to over in IMPACT Wrestling is massively standout. From the recent Monsters Ball match at Slammiversary to the lengthy matches and in-depth storylines, IMPACT wrestling remains massively ahead of most wrestling promotions in the area of women’s wrestling in particular and this means for the first time in her career, Tenille has a wide variety of options awaiting her within a mainstream promotion. This gives fans the chance to see a completely new side to Tenille’s in-ring work, her style, and her character. We are sure to witness her involved in major storylines that genuinely grip audiences as well as matches that show a complete side to her skill set. This is a huge opportunity for Tenille and a great chance for us as fans to truly enjoy the amazing talent she posses thanks to the doors IMPACT wrestling opens. 

Dream Opponents

The knockouts division today is arguably more stacked than it has been years! There is a strong variety of styles and massive diversity in the area of characters. There is a genuine interest from fans when it comes to the women’s division and Tenille’s signing opens even more dream matches. Tenille is an extremely talented wrestler on the scene and her style is sure to work brilliantly with an array of talents on the roster today from Kiera Hogan and Jordynne Grace to the likes of Su Yung and Rosemary. There are some real interesting collisions we could see here and its creates a very exciting feel within the knockouts division and opens new doors for some of the longer serving women on the roster who need something new in an opponent.  

Major Signing

It wasn’t all too long ago we saw Tessa Blanchard sign with IMPACT wrestling and the company handled her signing in such a unique way that it left Blanchard feeling and coming across like major deal. Throughout her time with IMPACT so far she has broken down barriers and led a new chapter in the women’s evolution. In twenty nineteen we are now seeing Tenille Dashwood put in arguably the same position.  The company are handling her signing in an identical manner and it already feels as though she is set to have a very strong year ahead with similarities to what we saw from Blanchard upon her signing. There is no denying Dashwood is a huge addition to the knockouts division and the company already making her feel like a big deal is a huge indication that great things is sure to come!

 

Tenille Dashwood signing with IMPACT Wrestling is a huge deal and I personally am very excited! There are plenty of big opportunities awaiting her on the roster and at a later date, I will be discussing some of the dream opponents for Dashwood over in the IMPACT Zone.
