British Wrestlers Under 25 To Watch

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well and good and have had an awesome week so far! Believe me when I say I am feeling the stress and in desperate need of a twenty-four-hour sleep! Last weekend I was taking some notes on brand new blog posts I want to upload for you guys. I've been binge watching plenty of British Wrestling over the past month or so and one thing popped up that has always been something that has grabbed my attention and that is the young talent on the scene. There is an array of young British wrestlers taking over right now and so in today's blog post, we are going to be taking a look at five of the best British Wrestlers under twenty-five you should be watching. I did actually have enough names for a part two so if that is something you would be interested in do let me know. I am also planning on doing a week of British wrestling based posts so again if you would be into that and that's something you would like to see let me know also! As always, any recent blog posts will be linked below including my most recent pay per view review and this week's RAW and Smackdown LIVE highlights! And finally, as always you can get involved and tell me who your favourite British Wrestler under or over twenty-five is by leaving a comment below or by tweeting me over at @TezangiVictoria.

Xia Brookside

In the January of last year, I dedicated the entire month to all things British Wrestling and one of the posts in that series listed female British stars to watch and a name I, of course, had to mention was eighteen-year-old Xia Brookside. The daughter of now NXT coach Robbie Brookside the bar has been set for Xia but boy has she kick-started strong. Clear potential, Xia has competed against some of the best female stars on the scene today and after making her debut for defiant wrestling Xia is now competing in front of a much larger worldwide audience on a weekly basis which means twenty eighteen is sure to be the strongest and most  promising for the up and coming star. Now, it's evident that she does have a lot to work on a long way to go but with already achieving so much in her career and keeping in mind the fact that shes only eighteen... the future looks very bright for Xia Brookside and the women's division here in the UK.

Gabriel Kidd
Keeping on the theme of Defiant wrestling stars, Gabriel Kidd was one of the names I stumbled across when watching the then WCPW and I've been glued to his work ever since. The promotion has enabled Gabriel to develop a strong following but has also allowed those fans to see his journey. Looking back at Kidd's first appearance for the promotion and where he is now almost two years later it's crazy seeing how far he has come as an in-ring competitor. I'm still not sold on the very basic character work that he does but what he is capable of in that ring is something truly amazing. At only twenty years old Kidd is showing that he is forever learning and the future of British Wrestling is in safe hands. With fantastic performances and matches against the likes of Austin Aries, Zack Sabre Jr, Cody Rhodes and more Kidd has established himself as one of the best pure pro wrestlers on the scene today and with so much to come from his career this is a man I'm very excited about watching and grow in the world of professional wrestling.

Tyler Bate

Up next we have the first ever WWE United Kingdom Champion, Tyler Bate. Now, I have written about Bate plenty of times before so I'm not going to repeat everything I have been saying for the past year but I what I will say is he is without a shadow of a doubt one of the most promising stars of the future. Already apart of the WWE and a champion for the biggest wrestling promotion in the world at nineteen Bate is the talent we are all obsessed with as he leads a brand new generation of stars and pro wrestling. Now at twenty years old, Bate continues to work a busy schedule working both here in the UK and over in the US and there are no signs of slowing down at all. The future looks to consist of Bate signing a full-time contract with the WWE at some point and more big title runs. He is yet another star to be super excited about and with both singles and tag team opportunities waiting for him, there are so many opportunities waiting for Tyler and two thousand and eighteen and the next twenty years to come look to be very very interesting and exciting.

Millie McKenzie

Seventeen. Seventeen years old. Millie Mickenzi is the true first twenty-first-century bad ass and boy is she making sure we know it. Now, I've only been aware of Millie's work for the past few months but already I'm so excited about this girls future. A couple of years younger than me its crazy seeing just how strong she is in the ring already and when you're not even technically an adult yet and you're working such solid performances week in and week out... you're giving us something to be excited about and her future looks extremely bright. I would love to see more of her character and it's going to be interesting seeing how she fairs in big storyline's seeing how well she tells those stories but already she is showing amazing potential. We haven't watched Millie compete in a super lengthy match but she has stood toe to toe with some of the best female talents on the scene and we know that her capabilities in the ring already are a huge indication that Millie has one heck of a future ahead of her! I honestly cannot wait to see what the year ahead holds for her and the many many more to come.

Pete Dunne

And finally, closing today's blog post is the current WWE United Kingdom champion, Pete Dunne. At this point, the entire world is obsessed with all things Pete Dunne. He is the star of now and the star of the future. Dominating the wrestling world, Dunne is quite clearly the full package. One of the best character workers on the scene today Pete is the perfect modern day heel. He leaves you genuinely despising him from his promo's, segments, and in-ring psychology. However, on the flip side, his in-ring work is equally as strong. Last year alone he competed in one of the best WWE matches against Tyler Bate and has worked several strong matches for the company alone including a singles bout against Johnny Gargano. Dune has dominated the UK scene and as he now focuses on the US scene, even more, it's clear that he is sure to go one to be a major part of the WWE and it's amazing that we get to say that right now as he still works UK shows also. Dunne is the man on this list I am most excited about and again, already achieving so much under the age of twenty-five you can't even predict what the next twenty years hold for the bruiserweight.

And there we have it! That is my list! As always, any recent blog posts will be linked bellow including my most recent pay per view review and this week's RAW and Smackdown LIVE highlights! And finally, as always you can get involved and tell me who your favourite British Wrestler under or over twenty-five is by leaving a comment below or by tweeting me over at @TezangiVictoria.
