Dream Wrestling Matches I Want To See

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well and good and have had a great week so far! Okay, so as I mentioned already this week, I recently had an afternoon where I was able to jot down a bunch of brand new blog posts Ideas I'm super excited about and cannot wait to write and upload! Today, we have a piece I have been interested in writing for a while and cannot wait to get uploaded to you guys. In the past I have both written and read plenty of articles discussing dream matches in the WWE and they are fun to write and of course read, in today's blog post we are going to be keeping on a similar track, however, instead of actually focusing on just WWE superstars and dream matches I want to see there I thought I would take a look at the dream matches I want to see in the world of pro wrestling. Some of these may be a little odd or out of the blue but as someone who has been watching wrestling for so long and watch so much wrestling this is a fun little blog post to write and I cannot wait to see what you guys think! Daniel Bryan vs Finn Balor

Out of all the matches to feature in today's blog post this is the one that not only is most likely to happen but a dream match amongst fans all around the world. There is simply no denying that Daniel Bryan and Finn Balor are two of the most talented superstars on the roster today and the potential they have to tear it up in a one on one contest is off the scale. You could throw these two into a random match up and give them twenty-five minutes and watch as they present one heck of a matchup however, Balor working a heel role as the leader of the Balor club and focusing his attention on Bryan is a story I am desperate to watch unfold. We've mentioned before in previous blog posts that Balor needs a heel turn and while he isn't apart of Smackdown LIVE this remains a dream match. The pair has a rather similar background and their styles are sure to compliment each other. This has been a dream match from the moment the pair both found themselves in the WWE and one I really do hope to one day see!

Mickey Whiplash vs Dean Ambrose

And here is where we start to shake things up. As far as dream wrestling matches go this really is one that tops my list. As a fan of hardcore wrestling forever watching and re-watching matches from promotions and brands such as ECW, ICW, and CZW I've mentioned before that this one of my favourite styles to watch and pretty much always has been from the moment I became a fan. Prior to joining it was Ambrose's work as Jon Moxley that grabbed my attention during his days in CZW and I've touched on the fact that I miss that side of his character. When you think back to what he was like back then and what he was doing and compare it to what we have seen from ICW star Mickey Whiplash it sure does get you thinking. Now, it's next to impossible that we will ever see these two collide however, we can all dream, right? If we were ever to see the WWE revive ECW and say make it a Network only thing then maybe just maybe this match could happen one day but for now I would like to think about just how much Whiplash could bring out fo Ambrose and how we could see a side to the Lunatic fringe we haven't seen in the WWE. This is one damn Hardcore match I need to see!

War Raiders vs The Usos vs The Young Bucks vs Mustache Mountain
Anyone that knows me knows that I have always been a huge fan of tag team wrestling and it's those matches we saw between The Hardy Boys, the Dudley Boyz, and Edge and Christian I grew up obsessed with. In twenty eighteen, tag team wrestling has once again reached an all-time high. We have so many teams across the scene that have been killing over the past few years and seeing some of those teams collide in one heck of a matchup makes for one damn big must see! For this post, I have picked out four of my favourite teams around today including War Raiders (Machine), The Usos, The Young Bucks, and Mustache Mountain. The thought of these four teams colliding at any point is pretty freaking exciting. We have a mixture here of talent, styles, experience, and characters but when together these guys could not only deliver one of the best tag team matches of all time but simply one of the best wrestling matches we have ever seen not to mention this showcases the best tag teams in the world today and modern day wrestling/tag team wrestling perfectly.

Sasha Banks vs Candice LeRae

Up next is the only women's match to feature in this blog post and while there are so many more I would love to talk about its this one that really does top the list and what first came to mind. A fan of both Banks and Candice I've wanted to see these two collide for quite some time and now that both women have found themselves in the WWE at the same time we are one step closer to this becoming a reality and being booked! Both Sasha and Candice made a name for themselves working on the indie scene competing against male stars and while LeRae is far greater known for doing so it's defiantly worth checking out some of the collisions Banks had with male talent during her time before arriving in the WWE. Once again, they are two of the most gifted in-ring performers with similarities to their in-ring styles and what has always been so clear is just how much these two could bring out the best in one another. They can both work those fast-paced matches, they both have a lot of experience, and with both representing something completely different, the story between them has so much potential. A cocky, heel, boss Sasha Banks as champion facing the underdog, fan favourite, loveable yet brilliantly skilled and experience LeRae makes for another must see!

Cesaro vs Johnny Gargano'

And the final match we are going to be talking about is Cesaro vs Johnny Gargano. Technically, we don't need to see a big built up feud/storyline here and instead giving these two a random twenty-five-minute match could result in one of the best wrestling matches we have ever seen. Both these superstars have been apart of some brilliant matches over the years and seeing them collide inside a WWE ring is a dream. Gargano has worked so many matches that really have grabbed everyone's attention two of which in one year have been rated five stars and with Cesaro  also working phenomenal matches over the years against the likes of John Cena and Sami Zayn there is so much potential for these guys to deliver a match that rivals some of the best wrestling matches we have seen. It's clear both these stars are likely to never be given the big push and added to the main event picture headlining Wrestlemania despite the fact they have all the talent, the following, and the skill and so instead just allowing them to have this big match to prove a point and show the world what they can do is something I and so many more would love to see.
