Returns/Debut's that could happen on the RAW after Wrestlemania

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well and good. The night after Wrestlemania is without a doubt the biggest RAW of the year and most of the time turns out to be the best RAW of the year. The expectations of the night are always super high with  the WWE Universe expecting nothing but an amazing three hour spectacular. The RAW after Wrestlemania is the start of something new in the WWE. With Mania season over it's basically like a new season and we get to see fresh feuds and storyline's kick start as the road to the next big pay per view, SummerSlam, beings. This is also a night of huge returns and debuts and in today's blog post we are going to be focusing on this part of the show as I count down five superstar Returns and debuts that we cold see at this years RAW after Mania show. I have a lot of speculation as to who we could see make an appearance on this night and so narrowing it down to just five was a little difficult but I'm happy with my list and I cannot wait to see what you guys think! As always you can have your say and let me know who you think could return or debut on this special episode of Monday night RAW by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria. I will link bellow any recent blog post including the most recent RAW Review so you can stay all up to date on everything! With that intro over and done with lets jump right into this weeks top five...

Enzo & Cass
NXT duo Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady have been taking the WWE by storm for the past two years or so and have gone on to become one of the most over tag teams in the company today. With the exception of the New Day, these two are without a doubt the most popular tag team in the WWE and their success with the fans have left everyone waiting for their main roster debut. For several months the WWE universe have been anticipating a rivalry between the tag team champions the New Day and NXT fan favourites, Enzo and Cass, with the likes of Kofi Kingston himself tweeting directly to Enzo and Cass the anticipation had only grown with time. Many believed that the pair would arrive on the roster back at the Fastlane pay per view were the timing seemed to be perfect. However, the WWE left us waiting a little longer and instead kick started a feud between the New Day and the League Of Nations. Personally, I wasn't expecting to see them debut at Fastlane. For the past nine months or so I have been predicting their main roster debut to take place the night after Wrestlemania thirty two and with the current situation it seems that these two are the most likely debut to take place on the night. The popular duo (alongside Carmella) have been cutting dark promos and competing in dark matches on Smackdown and competing at main roster house shows for months now and so it's fair to say that their main roster TV debut is just around the corner. The RAW after Wrestlemania is huge for debuts and has become a platform for NXT stars to make their mark on the big stage with the likes of Paige, Rusev, and Adrian Neville all showing up and debuting on this night, Enzo and Cass look to be the next two names added to that list. Their reaction at the Roadblock Network live special showed just how over these two are and the reaction they will pick up if they do debut in a couple of weeks time will be just as big if not bigger. They have been waiting for their perfect opportunity for a long long time now and while I will miss them competing in NXT they are more than ready for the main roster spotlight and I sure as hell need to that New Day/Enzo & Cass feud in my life!

Randy Orton
The viper has been out action for quite some time now and while he's return is scheduled to take place in May I won't be one to rule out a return a month early for the WWE veteran. Prior to taking time out and dealing with a neck injury, Orton was working as a baby face and after spending two thousand and thirteen and fourteen at the top of he's game as the number one heel the turn didn't end up doing him much good and the former world champion found it difficult to get involved in something strong and solid after feuding with Seth Rollins. The night after Wrestlemania is huge for returns and a star like Orton who has been so greatly missed in recent months would be a perfect addition to the show/night. Regardless of all the new young up and coming stars and big names to make it to the WWE Randy Orton remains a true WWE veteran and one of the most  popular superstars in the company today. He has the ability to elevate a young up and coming superstar and still create a huge legacy for himself. Two thousand and fifteen saw Orton however take a seat back and he's work after Wrestlemania was extremely week. Upon he's return the WWE are going to have to throw him into something huge and give him the boost back up to the top that he needs. If he does return on RAW the night after Wrestlemania than the spotlight will shine very bright on him and the reaction will be just as strong as he needs it to be. There is no bigger and better night to make a comeback than twenty four hours after the biggest event of the year. Whether he comes back as a heel or a baby face is something that I don't think any one is sure of but personally I do think he would be better off coming back as a heel, just because he works so so well as a heel and I think the WWE need that big villain in Orton on the roster. A possible feud against Triple H as a baby face would work but if they want Orton to come back as a heel than I'm expecting something to start up between Orton and Reigns. We have seen them feud in the past and so they do have a decent amount of history and chemistry and Randy could really give Reigns what he needs to help him move up especially if he walks out of Mania as the World champion. Because Orton is so good at what he does fitting him back into something strong would be an easy job and he's return the night after Mania would be a huge highlight of the show.

Bayley
Back in the Summer of last year we saw the start of the divas revolution. Sasha Banks, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch all received their call up from NXT developmental to the main roster where they took the WWE by storm and moved their revolution to the big stage. However, there was one women left. One missing piece of the four horsewomen puzzle who was yet to receive her call up. After winning the NXT Women's Championship at Takeover Brooklyn, Bayley's transition from NXT to the main roster was something that would be delayed a little longer meaning there was still one more women missing from the revolution. Several months later and Bayley is running the NXT Women's division. Making history once again by becoming the longest reigning NXT Women's champion in history, Bayley has gone on to have a seriously impressive run as champion. She has defended her title regularly and against any and every women who has stood in her way, including the likes of Eva Marie, Carmella, Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss. On the first April the leader of the hug life will face arguably her toughest challenge yet when she goes toe to toe against Asuka. Now, you can see what my predictions are for this match up by clicking the link bellow as well as seeing all my other NXT Takeover Dallas Predictions. The chances of Bayley dropping her championship against Asuka in a couple of weeks time are very very high. Like we have already addressed, she has had a phenomenal reign but as we know all to well, everything must come to and end and Asuka is without a doubt the next women to take on the huge responsibility of holding that prestigious NXT women's championship. So where does that leave Bayley? The main roster of course! She has been sitting back waiting for her moment watching as her fellow four horsewomen climb their way up to RAW and Smackdown and once she drops that championship there is nothing stopping her from joining her fellow competitors. The rivalry between Sasha, Becky, and Charlotte after Wrestlemania is likely to still stand strong and once you throw Bayley into the mix things really are going to heat up. It means more competition for the division, more feuds, more storyline's, and more TV time. I'm not expecting Bayley to be thrown straight into the championship picture at all but debuting the night after Mania in front of a strong, rowdy crowd is exactly what she deserves and a slow build up to that title picture is something that we get every single fan on board.

John Cena
John Cena is known for he's commitment to recovery and shocking the WWE Universe by making a return much early than expected. I mean come on, who is seriously going to forget the Royal Rumble two thousand and eight moment!? Now, there were plenty of rumours surfacing the internet that claimed that the fourteen time world champion would making he's return in time for Mania to face off against the Undertaker, however Cena himself would later reveal that he would not be back in time for Wrestlemania and he's return was something we would all have to wait a little longer to see. It may seem a little crazy to assume that Cena would be ready to return to action just twenty four hours hours after the night he declared he would not be ready to compete at but this is super Cena we are talking about. Making that huge public statement that he was not going to be at Mania only means that retuning twenty four hours after the huge event would lead to a huge reaction from the live crowd taking us right back to that two thousand and eight Royal Rumble return. Making us all believe he is nowhere near ready and surprising everyone by returning is very John Cena. The WWE will see this as something fans didn't expect and even though many of us are calling it and hopeing to see it the reaction will still be huge. Now, booking Cena upon a return will be interesting. As we know there are plenty of new faces making their way up to the main roster, however there are still plenty of superstars on the injury list. Cena coming out on RAW the night after Mania will without a doubt get a huge reaction and what he walks into will be interesting. He could just turn up to congratulate Shane McMahon if he walks out of Mania with a victory. Depending on the result of Shane VS Taker we could see Cena come out and cut a promo on a new era in the WWE and he could be interrupted by a new NXT star debuting, something along those lines. Either way if he does return in a couple of weeks time on this huge night I'm sure it will get everyone talking regardless of what the WWE have planned for him. (Secretly I'm still hopeing for that heel turn that will never ever happen).

Finn Balor
Of course, I had to include Finn Balor in this blog post. Just like Bayley and Enzo & Cass, Finn Balor has been dominating he's division and become the face of NXT. Over the past year he has competed in some of the greatest matches in NXT history making a huge impact. He has also gone on to become one of the longest reigning NXT champions and of course is one of the most over and
popular superstars in all of the WWE. At NXT Takeover Dallas on the first of April Balor is set to defend the NXT Championship against Samoa Joe and it is very very likely that he will drop the title on the night. He too has had a fantastic reign but it sure is time for something new and with the storyline being the way it has been and going in the direction it has gone in it makes perfect sense for Samoa Joe to finally walk out with the gold around he's waste. Of course my NXT Takeover Dallas prediction post for this match will be linked bellow so you can give that read but next week I will be uploading my Shane McMahon VS Undertaker Wrestlemania prediction post and in that post I talk a lot about Finn Balor purely because I'm a huge fan of the idea of him debuting with the Balor Club (bullet club) and helping Shane get the win. Whether or not this happens or if Shane wins he's match in another way Balor will for sure be debuting the night after RAW not only because he is likely to not have the championship any more or because he is ready but because whatever happens at Wrestlemania the RAW after will be the start of a new era and one of the top faces of that new era will without a doubt be Finn Balor. In a dream world it would be amazing seeing Balor and the rest of the Balor club arrive on the main roster during this episode of RAW to push a new era in the WWE but even if this isn't a thing and we don't get it Balor and he's main roster debut is very very likely to take place on this night.
