Superstar of the week: Seth Rollins

Rollins and Ambrose at Hell in a cell
Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. It's Sunday witch can only mean one thing, it's time for my superstar of the week. Last week I took break from the list as it was prediction week for Hell In A Cell. I will leave the link's bellow to my hell in a cell review and reactions post, my last superstar of the week and this week's top five, so you can go and check those out if you haven't done so already. You can also let me know who you're superstar of the week is by leaving a comment bellow or by sending me a tweet at @TezangiVictoria.

Yesterday when I was looking over my notes from the past two week's, it was clear that one person stood out, page after page. One superstar who's name kept popping up, weather it be good or bad comments; and that man is Mr money in the bank himself Seth Rollins. I mentioned in last week's superstar of the week post that Seth Rollins would of been at number one spot if it wasn't for a couple if little blips, and instead he came in at number two of that week.  However this week it was a different story, and there was no doubt in my mind that Seth Rollins was my superstar of the week. Out of everyone on the entire roster Rollins has been the one to shine and steal ever single show. He has shown growth in ever single department, especially on the mic. Week after week he has been proving himself to be a great great heel, in fact maybe one of the best heels the WWE has had in recent years He's really come into he's character and he is clearly looking and sounding more comfortable on the mic, and in he's character. There is jut so much going for him right now and everything he is doing he is shining in and standing out more than anyone on the entire roster.

A thew week's back Rollins was involved in a singles match up against Jack Swagger on RAW, and surprisingly this was a really really really good match. I originally had low low expectations of this match for the obvious reasons, but to my surprise it was one of the best matches of the night, if not the match of the night. It was a strong back and fourth battle between two amazing superstars. Swagger shined more than he has in months and Rollins, as always looked amazing throughout and sold every move like crazy.Throughout the show the WWE would tease tension between Mr Money in the bank and the viper Randy Orton. Half way through Orton's match up with Dolph Ziggler, Rollins would make an appearance and watch the match from ringside. After Randy scored a huge win over the Intercontinental champion, Seth made he's way into the ring and curb stomped Ziggler, proving a point to Orton and the WWE universe. All this went on in one night while Rollins was still feuding with Dean Ambrose. There was simple know hiding the fact that Seth Rollins was the centre of attention throughout the show. On Tuesday Rollins was involved in another amazing match up with Jack Swagger on Main event, gaining even more momentum leading up to he's one on one match up against Dean Ambrose.
On Smackdown Seth Rollins went one on one with Dolph Ziggler. This match was hands down the match of the night. These two are both truly amazing superstars and if they can perform on the level they performed in the space they had that night, can you imagine what they would give us if they were given half an hour in the ring!? Once again it was a back and fourth match that allowed the fans to really get into it.

On the go home episode of RAW (for Hell in a cell) Rollins would team up with Kane and Randy Orton to face Dean Ambrose and John Cena in a three on two handicap street fight match, as the main event of the show. Throughout the match Rollins was the stand out. He completely stole the show. He was in he's element and shined throughout. One thing I noticed in this match was he's diversity. It's something I've always loved about Rollins and the simple fact that he's move set seems to be completely limitless. After being on the wining team, Rollins curb stomped Orton and would end up being the last man standing... on top of the hell in a cell, leaving him easily going into the PPV with the most momentum.
Rollins and Orton on RAW
On Smackdown he would be involved in a killer prom where improvement in he's mic and character work was evident and hard to avoid. He worked the mic better than ever and really proved himself to be a top heel in the company. He did a great job in getting the WWE universe excited for Hell in a cell and he's match up with Dean Ambrose.

Last Sunday the WWE presented the 2014 Hell In A Cell PPV, and what an amazing PPV it was. I will make sure to leave the link to my review and reactions post bellow so you can go check that out if you haven't done so already. Rollins and Ambrose would main event the show, witch I think the entire world know how happy I was about that. The two superstars have worked extremely hard and one hundred percent earned the right to main event a major PPV. The match it self had high expectations from the WWE universe and the WWE itself, and these two did not disappoint what so ever. They put on one heck of a match and completely stole the show. From the moment Ambrose's theme hit the entertainment began. Both Rollins and Ambrose gave it there all and they gave us one of if not the best match of the year. Although I mentioned in my hell in a cell review and reactions, that I felt Ambrose was the star of the show and match, Rollins did a great job also and sold moves to the best he could, and it was him that ended up scoring the second victory over the lunatic fringe.

The following night on RAW tensions between Rollins and Orton would continue, after Randy RKO'd Seth in the opening segment. There has been no official start to their feud or Randy's official baby face turn, what next for the two and their potential feud will be made more clearly this week.In the opening segment also, Rollins would once again hit the mic and own it. Working the crowd the best way a heel could do. It was also announced that Rollin would main event the show by facing John Cena.
You can already imagine how I felt about this main event, but I tried to bare in mind that Rollins and Cena, in the past have had an amazing match up so I kept on the positive side for the night.Once again these two had a truly awesome match. The only disappointment was the ending to be honest. I was gripped throughout the match and impressed with everything Seth did. I've already said it but he's move set is simply endless. He was by far the man of the night and the match was hands down the match of the night.

This week's superstar of the week was not hard to decide at all. There has been only one man that has stood out. One man that has stole every single show for the past several weeks. The attention has been 100% on Seth Rollins and you can love him or hate him, you cannot deny the fact that Rollins has not only been man of the week but man of the month. Storyline wise, there is so much going on for Rollins and I think it's clear that he's name will be creping up a lot more in these up coming weeks.
