Top five superstars of the week

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. It's Saturday witch can only mean one thing, it's time for my top five superstars of the week. Now as you will already know last week their was no top five because it was Hell in a cell prediction week and of course every PPV week I skip the top five list. So this week my list is judged by the past two week's including the Hell in a cell PPV. As always you can let me know who your top five are by leaving a comment bellow or by sending me a tweet at @TezangiVictoria.

5) Nikki Bella
Kicking off this week's list is star of total divas, Nikki Bella. Over the past couple of month's Nikki has appeared in my top five on several occasions. It's no secret that I'm not the biggest fan of Nikki Bella, but I always like to make sure I keep all my posts as fair as possible and when a superstar or diva sticks out I don't let it go un-noticed and just ignore it. This week I once again had to have Nikki in the list. She has stood out like no other in the divas division has showed so much improvement both on the mic and in the ring. Her tag team work has been strong, clearly demonstrating good heel characteristics; from working with other heels on the diva roster to actually working against them in the match up, for example tagging herself in when she didn't have too. Last week on Smackdown she picked up another good tag team win, pinning sister Brie gaining the most momentum going into Hell in a cell. When Sunday did roll around Nikki was on fire that night. The twins definitely had the better divas match up of the night and silenced a lot of critics. It wasn't diva's match of the year but it was strong in fact one of the strongest divas match we have had this year on the MAIN roster. It was a back and fourth match and both divas showed a lot of skill. However it was Nikki who stood out for me, taking control and showing serious strength and an impressive move set. Of course picking up the win meant that Brie was her personal assistant, and Nikki made sure the WWE universe knew that, with early segments in the next 24 hours. The following night on RAW Nikki picked up an impressive win over Naomi, thanks t the help of Brie, and on Smackdown, after winning a battle Royal, she became the number one contender for the divas championship. Storyline's are looking good for Nikki right now.

4) Dolph Ziggler
At number four this week is the Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler has an interesting past month. Since re-capturing the Intercontinental championship the night after night of champions he has had many up's and downs. I mentioned on several occasions that the WWE need to get their act together with Ziggler. There was a week he lost every singles match he was in, against the likes of Rusev, Seth Rollins and Randy Orton. The WWE really need to focus on the importance of championships, especially the mid card titles. That being said, every match up he was in he did amazing and put on some amazing matches. He's one on one match up with Randy Orton was one of the best matches of the year in my opinion, but as I just said, as the IC champ we need to see more wins come from him. Leading up to Hell in a cell he was in an on/off feud with Cesaro, witch I think everyone knew I hated. On the RAW of last week he lost to Cesaro in a great match, however on Smackdown he made thing's even by scoring a clean win over the Swiss superman. This led to a two out of three falls match at the Hell in a cell PPV. This was by far one of the top matches of the night. Both superstars did a great job in the ring, especially Ziggler, who managed to pick up two straight victories over Cesaro. The following night on RAW Ziggler was put in a one on one match with Kane after it was made pretty clear backstage that he would be joining team Cena for Survivor Series. The match, to my surprise, was actually really good. It was a nice length and the both looked really good in the ring. Shock of the night was Ziggler actually picking up the win over Kane. Then on Smackdown the two had a re-match and although it was another good match this time round Ziggler was not able to score another win.

3) John Cena
This week's number three spot is filled by John Cena. The entire world know's I'm far from a Cena fan, but this week I couldn't ignore the fact that he has been a top stand out for me personally. After loosing to Ambrose two week's ago on RAW in a pretty good match, he was set to face Randy Orton at the Hell in a cell PPV for a number one contender-ship for the WWE World Heavyweight championship. Quickly going back to the match up between him and Ambrose, although I was a disappointed,  It was an okay match and both did a really good job for the time they had. Hell in a cell soon came around and I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from this match up for the obvious reasons. However It was actually really really good. Predictable yes, but really good. Cena told the story well and picked up a strong win, earning another shot at facing Brock Lesnar for the championship.  This past week on RAW, Cena was involved in an interesting segment with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. Hunter and Stephanie would try and convince Cena to team with them and team Authority for Survivor Series. However Cena being Cena turned the offer down, so it was announced that at the Survivor Series PPV it would be Team Authority VS Team Cena. Later on in the night as part of the main event, Cena went one on one with Mr Money in the bank Seth Rollins. This was by far the match of the night and the two completely stole the show.

2) Dean Ambrose
At number two this week and just about missing out on the number one spot is the lunatic fringe himself, Dean Ambrose. There was no question this week as to who was going to be at the number two spot this week. There was simply one man who has stood out over the past two week's however just not enough to beat this weeks number one superstar. After defeating Cena a thew week's back to earn a one on one hell in a cell match against Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose was on an all time high. The following week on RAW, he would team up with John Cena once again to be involved in a three on two handicap street fight match, against Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and Kane. The match was actually really good, despite the fact it wasn't an actual street fight. Ambrose was a clear stand out and managed to gain some momentum going into hell in a cell. He would also gain a little more on the Smackdown of that week. Last Sunday saw Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose participate in their first Hell in a cell match and what a match it was! This was by far not only the match of the night or year but one of the best hell in a cell matches we have seen in recent years. Despite not gaining the win over Seth Rollins due to Bray Wyatt, Ambrose was hands down the stand out of the match and night. He was also thrown into a huge feud in the night with Bray Wyatt witch I think the entire WWE universe is excited about! This week he delivered a promo on Bray Wyatt and attacked Cesaro with a microphone, witch meant the match between the two didn't happen. However last night on Smackdown Cesaro would get he's hands on Ambrose in a Trick or Street fight match, on the Halloween special of Smackdown. This match was just insane. Great wrestling quality and performance from both superstars and Ambrose of course picked up a good win.

1) Seth Rollins
This week's superstar of the week is Seth Rollins. A superstar of the week post will be up tomorrow!!!
