Top Five Superstars Of the Week

Hey everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. So it's Saturday and we are back today with my top five superstars of the week.As you know last week there was no top five because it was pay per view week and as I have mentioned several times before here on my blog and on other social media platforms, I do not upload this post on pay per view weekend's because I'm too busy writing up my predictions for the show. I will keep on putting out reminders so you don't forget. So this week my top five superstars is being judged by the action from the past two weeks from RAW, Smackdown, Main Event, Superstars and Survivor Series. I will leave the link's bellow to any recent post's including  my Survivor  Series and RAW review and reactions and my previous top five superstars of the week and superstar of the week post. You can also let me know who You're superstar of the week is by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

5) Jack Swagger
Kicking off this week's top five superstars is Jack Swagger. This might seem like a little odd addition to this week's list considering there is a lot of other superstars on the roster that have had a better two weeks. However I have really been paying attention to Swagger these past thew week's and I think storyline wise there is a lot heading he's way leading up to the new year and I think the WWE have some big plans for him. A thew week's ago he had a strong match with Seth Rollins on RAW witch he may not have come out with a pin fall or submission win but the actual performance was strong. He was also in a pretty good match with Bray Wyatt last week on main event. At the Survivor Series kick off show Swagger went one on one with former tag team partner Cesaro and picked up a win, witch would be the first steps into a huge week for the former World champ. On RAW he would come to the aid of  Sgt. Slaughter getting a huge reaction from the crowd, possibly entering he's second feud of the year with Rusev. On Superstars he scored yet another win, this time over Curtis Axel, gaining even more momentum. Then last night on Smackdown he had an amazing performance in the Battle royal for the United States championship. Coming down tot he final two with Rusev, it looks like the WWE plan on having him and Rusev feud once again and this time for the US title. I will have a lot more on this in the next week.

4) Dean Ambrose
Up next in my top five superstars of the week is Dean Ambrose. This has been interesting month for Dean Ambrose, and to be honest when I say "interesting" I don't mean it in the best of way's. However this past week he has really gained some momentum and the next month looks to be a lot lot better. Last week on RAW, before heading into Survivor Series Ambrose gained some momentum after attacking Bray and then on Smackdown he delivered a killer promo on Bray, gearing everyone up for their match on Sunday. Then when Survivor Series did role around the two had one of the best matches of the night and really lived up to the expectations the fans had of the match. It was a real back and fourth  match witch saw Ambrose pick up a lot of momentum and hit a lot of strong spots.  It's all good to mention he has a huge following throughout the weekend and build up to the match as a whole. Although he may not have one the match, he did cause it to end in DQ and he looked extremely strong in the process, attacking Bray in the best way possible. It was also announced later on in the show that the two would battle it out once again, this time at the TLC pay per view in a tables, ladders and chairs match. On RAW he was apart of the best match of the night when he faced off with Luke Harper for the IC title, with the match ending in DQ it was another failed attempt at getting win and the IC title however he looked strong throughout the match up. On Main Event he did manage to score a win when he defeated Kane in a one on one match up.

3) Luke Harper
At number three this week is Luke Harper. I think you all knew Harper was going to be in this list, there would of been something really wrong if the wasn't. I honestly think I have bigged up Harper as much as I can and over the past three weeks or so he has proven exactly why I'm such a fan of he's. Since returning to the WWE a thew week's back, Harper has been given one heck of a push. He was announced as the final member of team Authority and last week on RAW, the go home addition for Survivor Series, he went one on one with Dolph Ziggler and managed to capture he's first championship in WWE, the intercontinental championship. The match was great and Harper looked strong  throughout, dominating most of the match up. The WWE pushed him as a huge heel in the best possible way and set him up for the Survivor Series pay per view perfectly. Harper went into to survivor series with bags of momentum on he's side.He had an amazing performance on Sunday at the pay per view being one of the last superstars on he's team to be eliminated. On Monday he was involved in the best match of the night in my opinion, when he defended the Intercontinental championship against the lunatic fringe Dean Ambrose. The match was great and once again Harper had a strong performance. On Smackdown Harper had another title defence this time against former champ Dolph Ziggler. This was yet another great match and he managed to retain the title by count out.

2) Erick Rowan
Coming in at number two and just missing out on the number one spot is Erick Rowan. I think it's more than safe to say everyone knew Rowan was going to be in my top five this week and he was going to be pretty high up on the list. The past two week's have been amazing for  Erick Rowan and I honestly think there is so much more amazing things yet to come in the upcoming weeks from him. On the go home episode of RAW last week, Rowan announced himself as a member of team Cena right at the last minuet and got an insane reaction from the crowd and everyone at home. The addition of team Cena  was a huge shock, not a single person predicted it and the WWE never hinted it either. On Sunday at the Survivor Series pay per view Erick had an amazing performance and had a great chunk of the WWE universe behind him. Monday on RAW  Rowan was out in a new feud, this time with the Big Show, attacking him after he's little speech. Then last night on Smackdown he had another epic performance in the Battle Royal for the United States championship. He may not have won but he had a stand out performance. It's clear the WWE have a lot of big plans for Rowan in the up coming weeks and I think we will be seeing him as my superstar of the week very soon.

1) Dolph Ziggler
Superstar of the week post will be up tomorrow.
