WWE have one last shot with Ryback

Hey everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. Today I'm back with another little opinion based post considering how well my previous one's have gone down and of course how much I like writing them. As always I will leave the link's bellow to any recent post and you can let me know what you think of today's topic by leaving a comment bellow or by sending me a tweet at @TezangiVictoria.

This past Monday on RAW the WWE universe saw the return of the big guy, Ryback. After being out of action for a couple of months everyone was began asking questions about when he would return and what he's fate will be when he does so. Would he be returning to tag team action alongside former partner Curtis Axel? Will he and Axel both be getting a singles push? Or would the WWE simply have him work as a jobber or mid carder? Today I hope to give you as many answers as I possibly can and express what I think is best for business for the still young, WWE superstar.
With Bo Dallas setting an open challenge to anyone in the locker, the WWE universe began speculating online as to who would be he's opponent, and one name accrued several times, Ryback. With the hype growing in the add break, I strangely began to get really excited about the possible return and clearly expressed that on twitter. When RAW came back on after the break we would await to see the return of Ryback. The crowd reaction was insane and Ryback got one of the biggest pops of the night if not the biggest. The arena went crazy for the big guy and I have to admit it was great seeing him back on our screens and back to the original Ryback we all know and love. Of course the match was short and simple and Bo suffered a huge loss. But thing's looked bright for Ryback, with he's old music and attitude back, it looks like the only way is up for the young star.

Now Ryback has had an interesting journey so far in the WWE. From starting out as an NXT rookie you wouldn't really look twice at, to being apart of Nexus, to then feuding with some of the biggest names in the company down to being put into a weak tag team with Curtis Axel. I'm a huge fan of Ryback and honestly think he screams potential. There is so much the WWE could do with him in the ring and storyline wise, it's just a matter of them actually doing it. Admittedly I never paid any attention to Ryback back when he was working in NXT and apart of Nexus, however he's 2012/2013 work was something that could not go un-noticed and grabbed my attention immediately. It was at that point I began to see Ryback as a main event star and someone the WWE should be putting all their money into. Yes, there is room for improvement when it comes to character and mic work, but he is a talent that can not go un- used. However the faith in Ryback didn't last too long and he went from main eventing PPV's to working in the mid card section of the main roster. Once again the WWE let down another great talent.

He of course then began working with Curtis Axel as a tag team that I find hard to see people who actually thought it was a good idea.  This has to be one of the worse moves the WWE has made over the past thew years, and that's truly saying something. It's clear that both these superstars should not
be working in a tag team at all and are both amazing singles competitors What I think the WWE need to realise is that throwing two good superstars together doesn't make a good tag team. I mentioned it time and time again, week after week, that they needed to split up. There was nothing there. No chemistry, no connection in and out of the ring, they didn't look good together and still wasn't working when they did eventually begin to look better together. It was evident that Ryback in particular was meant to be a strong, main event, singles wrestler in the WWE and I honestly believe putting him in that tag team held him back a lot.

However with Ryback now back in action, all we can do now is hope that the WWE get it right this time around. With he's return match basically being a squash match against Bo Dallas maybe things are looking up for the big guy. He had he's old entrance theme back, there was no red hat and no sign of Axel so one can only assume that things are looking brighter. This past Friday on Smackdown he was involved in another squash match, this time against Heath Slater. Once again he got a huge reaction from the crowd, witch is always a good sign. With a team Cena announced for Survivor Series and the beast Brock Lesnar as the WWE World Heavyweight champion, their are so many opportunities and storyline's/feuds the WWE could have Ryback in, in the next 4 months or so.At the moment it's got to all be about building him back up again. Get him in a thew more squash matches, then maybe a random match with Seth Rollins, and allow Ryback to score a huge huge win. Him joining team Cena would be an interesting move to make and the WWE could work a good storyline leading up to the next year or so.

So that is what I think, but I wanna know what YOU think. Leave a comment bellow or even send me a tweet at @TezangiVictoria, telling me what you think the future holds for the big guy and if you agree or disagree with anything I have said today.
