Top Five Superstars Of The Week

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. This week the WWE were in my home country of England, and the show's were actually pretty good. Last week saw Dolph Ziggler claim the number one spot, so while will it be this week? You can let me know who you're superstar of the week is by leaving a comment bellow in the comments section or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

5) Alexa Bliss
Kicking off this week's top five superstars of the week is NXT diva Alexa Bliss. They may seem like a strange entry but this week I really wanted to have a diva in the list and after looking back at this week's action there was only one diva who stood out and really really impressed me, that girl was Alexa Bliss. If you don't watch NXT and are not aware of her work that I seriously advice you that you one go and have a look at her work on YouTube (trust me you will be amazed) and two you watch NXT from now on because you seriously missing out on some good quality wrestling. I have been impressed with Alexa from day one. I think she has so much potential and has all the qualities to be a successful WWE diva. This week she went one on one with Sasha Banks and this was truly an amazing divas match up between two amazing divas. They didn't have long in the ring but for the time they did have they completely owned it. Half way through the match Alexa's nose started bleeding, but she didn't let that stop her and she carried on like a true trouper. She put on a strong fight and delivered on beautiful sunset flip witch left me in pure shock! She may not have got the win but she was the stand out of the match and earned a lot of respect from the fans. It's all key to mention she got a "Alexa's gonna kill you" chant and an ECW chant.

4) Seth Rollins
After staying at the top for two weeks, Seth Rollins finally comes down a couple of steps to number four in this weeks top five. Over the past month Seth has been on fire and that hasn't changed this week in the slightest. This week Seth helped open the show in the Authority segment with Ryback and John Cena and was also apart of the opening match up against Jack Swagger. Over the past year we have seen Seth go one on one with the real american, Jack Swagger on several occasions and even though they may not have the best chemistry in the ring they do put on some truly epic matches and this week was no different. The two kicked off RAW in England, strong and set the bar high for the rest of the superstars set to compete later on in the night.  They both did amazing and it was a good back and fourth match up between two seriously talented superstars. Of course it was Seth himself that managed to score the win and picked more momentum leading into he's survivor series match. He would then attack Swagger after the match putting Jack out of the survivor series picture. He also was apart of a couple of backstage segments in the show.

3) Tyson Kidd
At number three this week in my top five superstars of the week is Tyson Kidd. All thank's to NXT, the WWE universe now know how much of a serious talent he is and how underrated and underused he is. Over the past month the WWE have been using Tyson a lot lot better. He has stepped in the ring with several opponents including Sheamus and has picked up some impressive wins, despite them not all being via pin fall or submission. He's character building has been great and he has been working he's new gimmick to perfection! He makes the perfect heel and is proving to be a superstar that the WWE will seriously regret holding back for so long. This week their has been rumours surfacing the internet that Kidd will be getting a major push. Now we all know he wont be the WWE world heavyweight champion or main eventing Wrestlemania any time soon, but a push is much much needed and deserved, and I honestly think that a mid card push is perfect for him. This week he scored another win on RAW this time to Adam Rose. We would them see him or NXT where he was in tag team action, teaming with Justin Gabriel to face new guy's on the scene, Finn Balor and Hideo Itami. This match was amazing and I seriously hope you have all seen it. He would then compete last night on Smackdown in a triple threat match against Cesaro and Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental championship. This match was hands down the match of the night and was honestly amazing! And with Kidd being the stand out he has earned he's number three spot this week.

2) Rusev
Coming in at number two and just missing out on the number one spot is Rusev. I have seriously grown to become a huge fan of Rusev over the past month or so. I think the WWE have one the right way about pushing him this past month and the WWE universe are slowly starting to view him as a main event star. As we all know, last week he was crowned the new United states champion after defeating Sheamus on the WWE network after RAW. This was a great move and I have mentioned why several times, but it has restored a lot of faith and importance to the United states championship. This week Rusev has really proved himself and made he's way up to the top. On RAW he went one on one with Sheamus in their re-match for the title.I think this was a strong turning point or Rusev. He really proved himself this week to be more than a gimmick. He showed a widely diverse move set that not many of the other superstars on the roster possess. He proved he can step in the ring with anyone and put on a good show with more than two moves. This was hands down he's best match so far in the WWE and I will never understand why their was so many people moaning about it on twitter and saying it was boring because it was far from it. He was also announced as another member of team Authority for the survivor series main even. I spoke more about why this is an important month for Rusev in another blog post witch I will leave the link too bellow.

1) Ryback
This week's superstar of the week is Ryback. My superstar of the week post will be up tomorrow so keep and eye out for the link to that post on twitter and tumblr.
