Survivor Series Predictions: Team Authority VS Team Cena

                                                         Team Cena VS Team Authority
                                              Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. This Sunday the WWE will present the two thousand and fourteen Survivor Series pay per view. Throughout the week I have been providing you with my own personal predictions for each and every match set on the card.  I will also be providing full analysis of the action that has transpired over the past month leading up to the pay per view. I will make sure to leave the link's bellow to all my other prediction post so you can keep up to date on all those. As always you can also let me know what you're prediction are by leaving a comment bellow in the comments section or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

A couple of week's back it was announced that at the Survivor Series pay per view the WWE universe would see a huge battle between Team Cena and Team Authority in a traditional Survivor Series elimination match up. After becoming the number one contender for Brock Lesnars' WWE World Heavyweight championship, Cena was put in a one on one match with Mr Money in the bank himself, Seth Rollins, the future of the WWE. Triple H would soon make it clear that Cena would not get in the way of the future of the company and highlighted the fact he wanted to get rid of Cena. After putting Randy Orton out action, it was announced that Cena would have to create he's own five man team to face team Authority at the Survivor Series pay per view. A week later the chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment added a little extra to the match up and put everything on the line for the boss's as he declared that if Team Authority fail to defeat team Cena they would be out of power for good. However it was also announced this week that if Team Cena fail to beat Team Authority than they all will be fired. So with everything at steak, who will rise to the top? Who will be left standing? and after what is certain to be long, heart felt battle, who will be in control of the future of the WWE?

The past month has focused around the main event of this pay per view and it is more than safe to say this is a one match show. The build up to the other matches on the card has been beyond week and there has been little to no time used on creating a strong build up and storyline to the other matches, including the Bray Wyatt/Dean Ambrose battle. Every ounce of energy has gone into making this a truly epic main event and I have already had my little rambles and moans about how little attention of storyline's have got so let's not get into it again.
But all that being said I have to admit, this has been an awesome lead up, one of the best build ups of the year in fact. They took their time building it up and with that it gave the WWE universe time to really love it and get into the match up. The added stipulations had really made this match that much more entertaining and I think it's all been done really really well.

The first person to be announced for Team Authority was Seth Rollins, who would also take on the role as team captin, Kane was soon announced as the next member. Of course most people felt that Randy was going to be the third member but after being forced to be written off script for a thew weeks due to filming he had he's face turn and was taken out of the pay per view and written off as an injured superstar So the quest to find three other member's for team authority was on the way but after all, who is not going to want to be on the boss's side? As for team Cena, the Authority made things difficult as the first person to be announced was Dolph Ziggler and after only being spotted talking  to Cena backstage led to him being punished by the Authority being put in a serious of difficult matches, including a steel cage match against Kane on Smackdown.
The other week we found out that Mark Henry would be the newest member of team authority and he would soon be joined by the united states champion Rusev. These are two huge addition to the match
up and would lead to both Sheamus and the Big show being added to team Cena. Now both teams needed one more person and both had their eyes on one man, the big guy, Ryback. Since returning to the WWE earlier this month, he has been on a momentum building journey and he has been placed at the top of the roster once again in he's career. With both teams fighting for him the big guy made it clear he was only on one team, team Ryback. On the UK show he did make us believe that he was apart of team authority but of course he turnt on them at the end of the night. However this was not the closing moments of the show as Luke Harper made he's return to the WWE right at the end of the show; and this week he would be officially announced as the final member of team Authority, an amazing choice. This week also saw team Cena go through hell, as every member was attacked and Sheamus was taken out of the pay per view due to a storyline injury. Later that night during the contract signing main event, both Erick Rowan (a shock decision) and Ryback were officially named the final members of team Cena.
As for line up, I think it's one of the best in history! Bold statement I know; but this is a line up of the future and I think this is one heck of a survivor series match up. I do think this is a very very very important weekend for the likes of Rusev, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. They have all had an interesting year, to be honest a great year and their performances will truly determine their future. A poor performance and early eliminations from these guy's will be a terrible terrible thing. Out of everyone I think Harper has a lot to prove. After defeating Dolph Ziggler to become the new IC champion only six days before the pay per view, he has to prove he is worthy of doing so and holding the title. He must have a strong performance and even an elimination or two, But I do have faith in him and I am a big fan I think he's going to do amazing. The same kind of goes for Rowan. He's future will be defined more than anyone in this match. He hasn't held a title yet and he has't been in action for two months. He needs to prove this Sunday he wasn't the back passenger of the Wyatt family and he does actually have a lot of skill and potential. I've already seen a lot of people write him off but I actually think he's the dark horse so keep an eye on him because he could easily steal the show. But I personally think the man of this match is going to be Rusev. I think he will have the most eliminations and he will really cement a strong future for himself. Looks to be a good weekend for Rollins too. Once again the young talent shining.

Personally I think this is going to be the match of the night. With the lead up being so strong and the WWE paying so much attention to it I don't think the WWE can afford for it to go down badly. It's clearly going to be a long one and I personally would like to see this go on for about twenty to thirty minuets. I do think we could be in for some surprise. I mentioned before it does seem a little predictable now with the stipulation of if team Cena loses their all fired; this does make it pretty obvious they will be walking away the victors. Now way would they have all these guys fired, but I'm not going to 100% rule it out, they could easily have them gone for about two weeks and have a rule changer as a the Authority are put out of power anyway at the hands of Vince and a new man or women is put in charge. As I just mentioned I do think we could see some surprise. I'm sure most of you probably already know but Sheamus was not actually injured last week and he is due a major heel turn. The WWE have put off he's heel turn for almost seven months due to a change in storyline's and the way things turnt out. They COULD go down a road where Sheamus costs Cena's team the match and he joins team Authority. It would be a strong way to turn him heel and would go down a treat, putting him straight as one of the top heels around, but with Rusev on the team and him only dropping the title to Rusev a thew weeks ago it seems unlikely. Another shocker could be the return of Randy Orton. He's been out of action for around three weeks so there's a big big chance he could return this Sunday and cost team Authority the match up, witch seems more likely.

WHO I WANT TO WIN- Team Authority
WHO I THINK WILL WIN- Team Cena
