RAW Review and Reactions

Hello everyone! So it's Tuesday witch means it's time for my RAW Review and Reactions post. I do these every week and there's always a reminder up at the end of RAW every Monday. I know these past couple of week's I've been late with uploading but I'm getting back on track slowly. I will leave the link to last week's post bellow. You can let me know what you thought of last nights action by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

The night opened as predicted with the WWE World Heavyweight champion John Cena, were he got a mixed reaction as usual but mainly negative. He didn't talk about he's win at Battleground and left out mentioning Randy Orton, Kane and Roman Reigns and went straight on to talking about Brock Lesnar and the Authority in serious Cena mode. Look's like there leaving the little feud him and Reigns had. Things got really heated and "passionate" when Heyman came out to interrupt the little speech by showing Cena how you work the Mic and crowd showing us once again why he's king of the mic. Heyman went deep into talking about what he's client Brock Lesnar was going to do to him at Summer Slam in three weeks time. I've been asked a thew times what I think about them feuding and to be honest I have mixed feelings. I mean the last one they had back in 2012 was okay, the actual match at Extreme Rules was really good it was just the ending that pissed me off and the lead up was actually pretty good, with the Lesnar return the RAW after Wrestlemania and the big brawl a thew weeks later, but it all got very predictable, well lets face it anything involving Cena is predictable and I think it's pointless building this feud because we all know it will be John who comes up on top once again retaining then Lesnar pissing back off again for another six months or so. The match I guess will be actually really good again but I do feel like there needs to be some kind of stipulation but we all know the out come anyway. Back to the opening segment, it was actually a really good one and a nice start to the show. It concluded with the appearance of Cesaro. I said it last night but Cesaro is at a strange point in he's career at the moment I'm really worried. He's a top competitor and an amazing athlete and I'm worried he's entering jobber mode. Personally I think the best thing for him is to work with the Authority to keep him relevant, intresting and seen as important/one to watch. He showed off he's poor mic skills last night however gave us a very accurate description of Cena witch led to a one on one match kicking off the night. Now these two had an amazing match earlier on this year, witch made it into my top 10 matches of the year, witch i will leave the link to at the end, so I was expecting an amazing match and I for sure was not disappointed. Despite the stupid amounts of Ad's the match was awesome and a great way to kick off the show. I like how recently the WWE have been giving us great matches at the begging of the show as well as the end. Cesaro had great offence last night and counted a lot of moves, Cena showed us a little more diversity but nothing to jump and scream about..wait Cena and diversity... yep lets jump and scream about it. The match ended with Cena picking up the win...surprise surprise. But overall it was a great match and so far Cesaro has been in three awesome matches so so far so good for him.
We then to my surprise had the first divas segment of the night. This one saw Paige and AJ Lee go at it once again. Paige has improved a little on the mic witch she showed last night but I have noticed she is starting to loose her accent, if she was just herself on the mic she would be much better. She was shortly cut off by AJ who showed her how it was done on the mic, and after the C word was dropped (Crazy) AJ lost it and we got to see a mini attack on Paige, leaving the two staring off and a lot of heavy breathing. These two have great chemistry and It's obvious they will get a match at Summer Slam witch I will much enjoy.

We also had some six man tag team competition , witch saw Ryback and Curtis Axle team up with The Miz to face the team of the tag team champions the Usos and Dolph Ziggler I witch was a pretty good match. This gave me hope that there is going to be a nice mid card feud between Dolph and Miz. The Usos were pretty good on the night as well but it was Ziggler who once again picked up a nice clean win this time on Ryback. As a serious Ziggler fan I'm so happy he's not only been put in two amazing matches but he's also picked up the win in both of them, heads up people, Ziggler might be on he's way to that push we've all been waiting for for about 100 years. There was also Nation of Domination 2.0 or was I've been calling them Nation of Jobbers Domination, were at ringside during the match but did nothing. I think if there gonna do something about these three then there going to have to start actually doing something. In other news the BO strike ended witch I expressed my disappointment about enough last night, I actually thought they were going somewhere with that but looks like there not and it was R-Truth of all people that ended it!It would of people better if they waited until he was at 21-0 but hey ho. Cameron teamed up with Alicia Fox to face Natalya and Naomi. The match was short and simple with Naomi picking up the win. Still hate the porn star attire from Cameron but I'll give it to her she has improved in the ring a little. Naomi showed us a nice leg scissors submission hold on Cameron to get the tap out win. There was not enough Nattie once again but If I start talking about that we will go into moaning mode. Sandow had a match with Adam Rose with Rose picking up the win in witch was a short match. I think if Sandow was wining these matches this whole thing could really work for him.
There was then a speech from Triple H about Stephanie arrest last week on RAW were Stephanie remained silent.... for once. The whole thing was interrupted by Chris Jericho.  Who gave us some nice memories from the old days giving us and amazing little speech witch led to some serious marking out if I must say. This resulted in a attack from behind from Seth Rollins witch led to there one on one match later on in the night. Witch was way too short for my liking. What did get was amazing I loved the match but it should of been much much longer. The two could go on to main event any PPV and I hope we get to see them back in the ring together once again, they had good chemistry, there was great offence, nice counters and amazing selling on Seth's behalf. There was also an attack on Roman Reigns from Randy as Roman was making he's way to the ring for he's one on one match against Kane. I'm so so so happy this match didn't happen,  I don't think I could of sat through another Kane V Roman match, there's been enough all ready. The attack was really
good and it got me remembering exactly why I have been a big fan of Orton over the years. It's led me to believe we are obviously getting a One on one match between the two at summer Slam witch should be intresting and I have a lot of theories about this but I'm not going to to into it too much because I'm saving all that for a separate post.
The night ended with a divas segment. Yes you read correctly a divas segment! Two women ended Monday night RAW. I'll give it to Brie she has improved with her acting but nothing to match Stephanie. So Brie got her Job back witch I saw coming, to be honest I think it was a little too soon but with Summer Slam around the corner it seems appropriate. It was also announced that the two will face off at Summer Slam in three weeks time. I don't get why this match is even happening, I personally don't wanna see Stephanie back in the ring but once again I'm going to be doing a complete separate post on this. The night ended with some "This is awesome" chants witch left me very proud of the divas division.
