NXT Takeover Predictions: Charlotte VS Bayley VS Sasha Banks VS Becky Lynch

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well. This Thursday NXT will host it's next live show, NXT Takeover on the WWE network. Every championship will be on the line as usual and superstars and divas in locker room will get their time to shine and hold the spotlight. Now, every single NXT Live show has been outstanding, and so tonight the young, up and coming talent have a lot to live up to, but with a card this strong, I honestly believe we could be witnessing the best NXT Live show to date. I will be live tweeting throughout Takeover including throughout the kick off show my review and reactions post will also be on Thursday so make sure to keep an eye out for that. Every live NXT show has given us outstanding divas match up, some of the best I have ever see in fact. From Paige VS Emma to Charlotte VS Natalya to Charlotte VS Bayley to the most recent one, Sasha Banks VS Charlotte. Not a single one of those matches have been weak in the slightest and I don't think we are going to be seeing that change this Wednesday at NXT Takeover, especially with this line up as Charlotte defends her NXT championship in the first ever NXT Divas fatal four way for the NXT Women's championship. For this post what I'm going to be doing is inserting what I wrote about the last Takeover divas match and then making my predictions for each diva in this match and finally, my last all round predictions. 

NXT Takeover R Evolution Review and Reactions 

"We then had the only divas match of the night as Charlotte defended her NXT Women's championship against the boss, Sasha banks. Now, I'm gonna make a bold statement and say this was one of the best divas matches I have ever seen. Probably the best female wrestling match the WWE have produced in ten years. I have been pretty vocal over the past year or so about how much I love Sasha banks, and how I have been following her career for quite sometime. I continuously tweeted and commented on my blog that I think Sasha is one of the best female talents the WWE have right now and have signed in many years and that she was still yet to really show what she can do in the ring in the WWE. Last night Sasha proved why I have been talking so highly of her and exactly what I have meant all this time. She completely stole the show and proved to be one of the best divas in the WWE today. I think after last night everyone is a converted Sasha Banks fan. You might not like her character but you have to respect her as an in ring performer. The level of physicality and athleticism  in this match was simply outstanding! It was pure wresting that left you remember why you love this business. With around a solid 20 minuets in thee ring they both got to really shine and they had probably the best put together match of the night. What I also really loved about this match was thee character. These two retained the high level of character throughout the whole of the match. Sasha as particularly amazing, continuously mocking Charlotte and her father Ric Flair. This really did make this match that one bit more amazing. This match was just perfection, I could not have asked more of a divas match and they proved that women could do just as much as men can do in the ring. They also got a "this is awesome" and "this is wrestling chant" witch made me just want to cry. It's a big shame we don't get this on the main roster for the female talent. Sasha Banks

I have been saying for months and months now that I think Sasha Banks is one of the best things to happen to the divas division and she is honestly one of the best female talent the WWE not only have right ow but have had in years. She ticks every single box and over the past year has proven to be one of the best female heels to come into the WWE in a long time. She knows her character so well and knows what she has to do in order to be  top villain in her division. Her in ring style and ability is unlike any other diva on the in entire  WWE roster whether that be on the NXT or main roster. What I really love about Banks is her genuine passion for the business. This is a young girl who honestly does love to wrestle and is an all round great wrestler. Over the past three/ four months or so she really has been proving herself and the turning point was of course NXT Takeover R Evolution. After her performance on that night not a single person could say she is not an extremely talented wrestler. And since that date her and Charlotte have several other amazing one on one matches including one on the WWE main roster at a Main Event show. Both Banks and Charlotte have both also been working house shows, travelling with the main roster. Despite all these amazing matches, Banks is still yet to pin the Women's champion when it matters, will she finally be able to do it this week? I'm pretty sure the championship will be changing hands this week and we will see a new NXT Women's champion crowned, whether or not that will be Sasha Banks is another thing. Personally, she is my favourite to win, I know many people are backing Bayley, but I'm all team Banks. I do think she will be the star of the show and out attention will be on her a lot and even though Lynch is in there, who she will use to her advantage, Banks is going to use the fact that she doesn't have to pin the champ to win and as soon as she can she will turn on Becky. 

Bayley

There's no denying that Bayley has become one of the most popular divas in NXT and the WWE as a whole. Her fan base is so clear and she knows her market really well. She has that childlike gimmick but still manages to connect with the older fans. The thing with Bayley is she's such a genuine lover of the world of pro wrestling. Her story is real, her passion is real and every time she is in that ring she gives it her all and nothing less. Over the past year we really have seen Bayley grow as a character and as an in ring performer. She makes the perfect baby face and with such a diverse move set and welcoming gimmick she just so likeable. My opinions on Bayley completely changed at NXT Takeover fatal four way, when she took on Charlotte for the NXT women's championship. She really did prove to everyone that she's not just all character and high fiveing and is actually an amazing amazing wrestler. Walking into NXT Takeover, I think Bayley is the underdog and she's the one we should defiantly be watching. She could even be the surprise stand out of the night. 

Becky Lynch

Out of everyone walking into this match, Becky Lynch is the one with the most pressure on her back. Since arriving in the WWE she has gone through multiple character/gimmick changes and the WWE finally settled on something that works. However, she is still yet to prove herself and when she is walking into a match with three of the top divas around at the moment she is going to stick out like a saw thumb for all the wrong reasons if she doesn't pull up her socks and pull something huge out of the bag.Now, I've seen Becky's work from before her WWE days and trust me, she is a great wrestler and we haven't seen a fraction of what she is capable of at all, but this Wednesday that could all change and to be fair it has to. And with the fact that she has not earned her place in this match what so ever she really does need to prove she deserves to be in the match and is just as talented as the three other divas in this match. The fact she is in this match with the three top divas in the company, really adds a lot of pressure to Lynch and I do think she is going to struggle and if she doesn't pull something big out of the bag this week then she could be in big big trouble. 

Charlotte

Finally, there's Charlotte. There's not a single person in the world that can deny the fact that Charlotte is an amazing talent. She is by far one of the most athletic divas in the entire WWE divas division and with that comes a crazy crazy move set. She has the speed and strength to go with her athleticism, she has the complete package. The turning pint for Charlotte was of course her match up against Natalya a NXT Takeover. That was the moment everyone went, yes this girl is a star. This was the night she proved she is more than Ric Flairs daughter, where she proved she is Charlotte, the women here to make her own history. Since that night, Charlotte has dominated the NXT Women's division, proving week after week she is a worthy champion and at every single live NXT show she has raised the bar and delivered an outstanding performance. Charlotte has been working many house shows with the main roster and has been rumoured to be going up to the main roster in a matter of months. She even

had a match against Natalya on RAW a thew months back. That being said, I do think she will be drooping the title this week. But who to?

Altogether I think these girls are going to steal the show. When the match was announced I was beyond excited. All of these girls are extremely talented and with the ring time the divas get in NXT you just know this match is going to be outstanding. This could very easily be the best divas match of all time because let's face it,they more than have the potential to pull it off. I think we need to pay attention to all four women but in my opinion its going to be Banks and Bayley who steal the show. One thing we can guarantee is that we're going to get some high flying, serious strength and speed and amazing story telling. I one hundred per cent believe that the title will be changing hands this week. If I had to choose a winner, I'm going for Bayley. I'm all team Banks and I would love to see her claim the title because she more than deserves it but going into this Bayley is the fan favourite and with Zayn now the champ everyone wants to see Bayley with the title around her waste. And to be fair out of all four of these girls I think it will be Bayley that struggles the most storyline wise if she fails to capture the title. But what do you think?
