RAW Predictions

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well! Last night the WWE presented the first ever Fastlane pay per view and what a show it was. The card was decent but it could of been stronger and some matches did really surprise me. We had an appearance from Sting and a huge announcement,a turning point for Roman Reigns, a return and many many more. But, it's now Monday, witch of course means it's time for my RAW Predictions. With the final pay per view before Wrestlemania  now done with, tonight's show is all about the final build up for the big one, Wrestlemania itself. The show tonight will mainly focus on what went down last night at Fastlane, and the fresh feuds for Wrestlemania will begin as the countdown to the pay per view starts. What I found about last night's show was that a lot of people really didn't like it but I thought it was a great show. We saw a huge title change hands, Reigns and Rusev had the best performance in their careers so far, Sting was their, we saw the Bray Wyatt/Undertaker feud come to life, Randy Orton returned and all round I thought it was a solid show. Remember that Wrestlemania season has now started on my blog and has been for a while now, the link to the most recent post in the series will be listed bellow so you can stay up to date. I would love to know what you would like to see as part of Wrestlemania season go up so do leave a comment bellow letting me know. The links to all my recent posts will be listed bellow also, including my Fastlane Review and Reactions and finally, you can let me know what your predictions are for tonight's RAW and what you thought of last nights pay per view by leaving  comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

Last night's pay per view was a huge one and so much went down. Tonight's RAW will focus on the fallout of Fastlane and the build up to the Wrestlemania card. Now, talking of Wrestlemania, two matches were announced for the show, witch will take place in five weeks time; we have icon VS Icon, aka, Sting VS Triple H and the main event was finally secured and made official, and we now know that Roman Reigns will go one on one with Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight championship. Tonight, the build for these matches will kick start. I mentioned in my Review and Reactions post earlier today that I felt Roman Reigns really did have a great performance and it was probably he's best performance to date. He really proved that he can improve and once the WWE book him right and give him the right amount of time in the ring he can really put on a great match, I gained a heck of a lot of respect for him. Now, the WWE must keep Reigns at that high level. They have to keep the momentum going and carry on adding more and more. It would be nice if he cut a promo tonight on he's match last night and Wrestlemania. After showing improvements in the ring he now needs to show improvements on the mic to fit that all round, top star title. He needs another strong match tonight and what I'm hoping the most is that we don't have to sit through another Reigns/ big show or Reigns/Kane match. The booking needs to sharpen up in order for everyone to continue siding with Reigns and be any way excited for he's Mania match.

Last night also saw the return of the viper, Randy Orton. After being out of action for several months due to filming and an injury, Orton made he's much anticipated return and he's feud with Mr Money in the bank, Seth Rollins kick started. Before being written out of TV, we saw tensions rise between Orton and Rollins and a feud between the two was clearly in the works, it was just a matter of when he came back that it would start. After winning he's six man tag team match last night at Fastlane, Seth got the shock of he's life when the apex predictor came down the ramp and hitting RKO's left right and centre. Luckily, Seth was able to scoop he's way from an RKO but will he be as lucky tonight? A Wrestlemania  match between the two is one hundred per cent on the card and the build up for their match will really get going tonight. After being out for so long, Orton needs to gain a heck of a lot of momentum and needs a big win to get him back on track. A tag team main event involving him is likely as is a handicap match, witch would allow him to gain everything he needs and at the same time it would keep Kane and Big show busy, but with tensions rising between those two, is a Mania match between the two big guys a possibility also? If so, that will become more clear tonight. A loss tonight for Rollins wouldn't affect him at all.

We then have Daniel Bryan. After doing a great job last night in he's main event match against Roman Reigns, the leader of the Yes movement proved once again why he is one of the top stars around right now and why he is a superstar of the present and future. However, with Wrestlemania now only five weeks away, Bryan needs to be put in something big in order to keep he' momentum
high. With how popular he is with the fans and how talented he is, the WWE have no choice but to put him on the Mania card and give him a strong match. But with so many top talents busy, Orton and Rollins, Brock and Reigns and Cena and Rusev, it's going to be intresting seeing what they give him. Last night the WWE teased and pushed Sheamus' return once again, using a video package. I was expecting him to come back last night but a double return seemed unlikely anyway. So it is possible the Celtic warrior will return tonight and kick start a feud with Bryan. A feud between the two has been rumoured for months now and with Bryan not in anything major or strong for Wrestlemania, it does seem much more likely and to be fair I wouldn't mind a feud between the two and I did actually write up a whole post on this and I will link that bellow so you can check that out.

Divas now, and after a decent title defence last night, Nikki is on the hunt for a new challenger. After Paige's clean loss last night she is defiantly out of the title picture. Whether or not the divas championship will be defended at Wrestlemania has yet to be announced but I don't see why they wouldn't do so. If it is being defended than a new feud will have to be brought to light. I have mentioned before how I feel it will be Bella VS Bella at Mania witch No, I don't want to see but it does seem most likely. Personally, I'd love to see AJ Lee return tonight and kick start a feud with Stephanie McMahon in time for a Wrestlemania match.I did a post on this also and the link to that will be left bellow as well.

Last night, Erick Rowan, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback suffered yet another loss. In my opinion, I think the WWE need to move on from this and separate these three. I've never really liked the idea of these guys sticking together and I think they all need to move on to something new. After a really really strong performance last night, I would love to see Rowan and Harper go at it in a full on the feud. The timing may be a little late but I still do think it could work and would make a great Wrestlemania match. As for Ryback, I still do think that he is likely to win the Andre the giant battle Royal at Wrestlemania and so that leaves Ziggler. I'm gonna be honest, I really don't have a clue as to what the WWE have in store for him and I don't feel like they have anything major planned for him, he may be put in a strong match tonight but I'm not sure where they will go from there.

Also, Last night night, Bray Wyatt confirmed that the man he has been taking about for the past couple of months is the one and only, Undertaker. Tonight, Bray will continue to build momentum whether that will be by cutting another promo or by being another amazing match. An appearance from the Undertaker himself with a response seems pretty unlikely and is more likely to happen closer to Wrestlemania. Ambrose will be on the hunt for bags load of momentum as will Barrett after their disappointing match and ending. The feud between Gold and Stardust will continue, I still think they will have a retirement match at Wrestlemania. And after capturing the tag team championships last night, Kidd and Cesaro are at an all time high, a re-match against the Usos is possible for tonight's card.

I'm hooping for a return for both AJ Lee and Sheamus but nothing has been confirmed as of late. Kalisto and Sin Cara are likely to make their RAW debut as a tag team tonight also.
