Night Of Champions Predictions: Chris Jericho VS Randy Orton

                                                          Chris Jericho VS Randy Orton

Hey everyone and welcome back to my blog. It's the sixth post in my Night of champions prediction series, so were almost done! I will leave the link''s to all the other post I have done so far, and I have to admit I have really enjoyed doing these prediction post this month. So today were looking at the match up between Randy Orton and Chris Jericho. I don't know how I feel about this match. It kinda just came out of nowhere and was just thrown together out of the blue. No one had any idea these two would be feuding after the Wyatt feud was done for Jericho. I think if they gave it another month to build it up I would feel differently about it but it's just been thrown together and we haven't had enough time to adjust to it and really connect with the storyline, but their just seem's too be nothing in it. That being said I do think this has the potential to be the match of the night and I think it probably will be. The card for this Sunday is pretty decent and this seem's to be one of the stronger matches of the  seven I think it is. It's gonna be great seeing two veterans who know it each other and each others ring ability and  wrestling skills. They have great chemistry in the ring and have a lot of experience. The two know how to tell a story in a match and even though this feud was thrown onto us out of nowhere I do think they will come together and give us a real good strong match with a nice background story to it. There's that legend killer sense to it for Randy and to be honest this is a big, important weekend for Orton and he really does need to pick up this win over Jericho. He came off weak in the storyline with Daniel Bryan losing that, he was weak in the Shield/Evolution storyline being on the losing side of that feud and then again he lost the feud with Reigns who he is yet to score a win over. If Orton loses this match Sunday it won't do him any good and will put him in an awkward position. With  Ambrose due back soon it mean's the Ambrose/Rollins feud will be back on and once again they will be stealing the show, then Reigns will be put in something new standing out more again and even Bray and Big show in their feud so it leave's Orton kinda with nothing to do and bounce back off. In recent week's he's had some good matches, he carried both matches with Reigns in my opinion, he scored a good strong win over Sheamus a thew week's back in a really good RAW one on one match, and he has been a stand out in the tag team matches he has been apart of. But the new guy's are still stealing the show and standing out a little more. The WWE need to find something new and strong for him to do and bringing back the Legend killer seem's best for business. I think this weekend the WWE are gonna make the match a lot more intriguing to gain the attention from the fan's and crowd and adding more to the feud. They also need to make it a lot more vicious on Randy's behalf and they probably will do this in order to write Jericho out of any storyline's, keeping him out of action for a thew months or so.It make's so much sense to write Jericho off and at the same time give Orton a much much need boost once again claiming that Legend Killer name. After Kane having a match with Jericho this past Monday on RAW and not managing to get the win over Jericho, I have my little predictions that he will probably get involved in the match, witch I really am hopeing they don't do. It would just make Orton look weak and would destroy the momentum. However it would be a good way to turn Orton face if they wanted too having him feud with Kane, however the more likely option is they will both attack Jericho after a brutal match leaving him to have to leave the company for a while. However Jericho may stick around after night of champions and it seem's not so much a mad idea that Jericho might just pick up the win. Orton hasn't had the of time's over the past year, as a character and booking. He's run as WWE world heavyweight champion was weak and boring and the WWE seem to be stuck for idea's on what to do with him next and seem to be more interested in the new guy's and even using Randy to put of the bigger stars such as Roman Reigns. There is still so much the WWE can do with Jericho and having him stay on for a thew more months or even more isn't a bad idea and their is a lot they can do with him surrounding the WWE Championship and personally if they turn Sheamus heel once he loses the US championship the two could and would have a strong, intresting good feud. I think Jericho is walking into the match with  more momentum and as I said I think this could easily be the match of the night. But what do you think? Who do you think need's the win more? and who would you like to see climb to a strong victory this Sunday at the night of champions PPV?
