Royal Rumble Predictions: Part Three

Hello everyone, Welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope you are all well. As you know this Sunday the WWE will present the first pay per view of the year, the two thousand and fourteen Royal Rumble, kick starting the Road to Wrestlemania. This mean's I'm back with predictions week. Throughout the whole of this week leading right up to the Royal Rumble it's self, I will uploading my predictions for every match on the card including the actual Royal Rumble match. Now, I have already mentioned that this month things will be a little different due to the format of this pay per view. I will still be doing individual predictions for the matches set for the show but for the actual Royal Rumble match I will be uploading mini predictions covering different possible outcomes of the match, just so there is more content and so you get  a better feel of what my full predictions are heading into the pay per view. I will be sure to leave the links bellow to any recent posts so you can stay all up to date, and finally, you can let me know what YOUR predictions are for this Sunday's live show by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

Superstars To Watch In this years Royal Rumble
As I mentioned in part two, the Royal Rumble match opens doors for all the superstars in the locker room. Giving them a time to showcase what they can really do in the ring and give us a little surprise. I already gave you a list of superstars I think will be the shock stand outs but today's list is about the superstars we know are good and should really place close attention to this Sunday.

Cesaro
The first superstar in this list will probably come to no surprise to any of you as of course it's Cesaro. I have spoke so much about Cesaro this past year it's not even real! Last year he had a very up and down year, kick starting twenty fourteen on a high scoring wins over the likes of Randy Orton and dominating one on one match ups with superstars such as John Cena, however as time went on the WWE made it perfectly clear that creatively they just had nothing for him. Yet the WWE universe could give you a list of things they could of had him do. Cesaro is currently working as a tag team with Tyson Kidd and you all know how I feel about that also. It's not going to work at all and the only way I can see this paying off for either of these superstars is if one turns on the other and they have a strong feud. Now, if this is the WWE's plan we could see the cracks begin this Sunday in the Royal Rumble match. If Cesaro was to eliminate Kidd or visa versa than that should set up some heat between the two and allow some cracks in the team to show. We also know that Cesaro is pound for pound the strongest man in the WWE right now and he showcased last year at the Andrea the giant battle memorial just how strong he is, eliminating the Big show to be the first to win the battle royal. If Cesaro has another huge elimination such as Kane or the Big show as well as eliminating Tyson Kidd this would be a really good night for him and also set up a pretty good year too.

Rusev
The past year has been absolutely amazing for Rusev. Since having a dominating performance at the Royal Rumble last year Rusev has gone on to achieve some amazing things including main eventing Survivor Series, becoming the United States champion and going on an almost year long undefeated streak. If I'm honest I think he is set to have an even better twenty fifteen. As I just said, the first time we saw Rusev on the main roster was back at the Royal Rumble pay per view last year were he had a solid performance and forced the other participants to team up in order to eliminate him. Since then Rusev has had other strong performances in battle royals on RAW and Smackdown and with he's size working in he's favour this weekend we can expect to see another dominating performance from Rusev at this years Royal Rumble.

Bray Wyatt
This year will see Bray Wyatt enter he's first Royal Rumble match and trust me we can expect some crazy s**t to go down. With Bray not being in any feud/storyline at the moment he's performance this Sunday will be very intresting but there is not a single doubt in my mind he will dominate the match. I honestly think he could get close to Reigns record last year of eliminations. He's size will of course work in Bray's favour but he's wrestling ability is really going to come into play also and I think going into this match up Bray is the underdog. He's the type of superstars at time's we are going to forget is in there and we will see him closer to the end of the match while along the way really standing out. If that makes any sense. I also think Bray is going to in the final six or five. He's defiantly going to have a strong performance and shake things up a little,

Kofi Kingston
We then have Kofi Kingston. You all knew this list would be nowhere near complete without Kofi Kingston. For years now Kofi has had an outstanding performance inside the Royal Rumble match up. Doing things in the ring that literally no one else on the roster can do. It's got to the point now where I just wait and see what Kofi is going to do next and he always leaves me speechless. I seriously cannot wait to see what he has planed this year.

Dolph Ziggler
The last man I'm going to be talking about is Dolph Ziggler. We all know that at the moment, as part of a storyline, Dolph Ziggler is out of action after being fired by the authority alongside Ryback and Erick Rowan. However, I do believe that this Sunday all three superstars will be back in action and will make an appearance at the Royal Rumble. Now, just like I mentioned in part two (witch I will leave the link to bellow) that if this was not the Royal Rumble pay per view I would have predicted that Ziggler would come out during the WWE World heavyweight championship match and cost Cena the match but because this is the Royal Rumble, it would make no sense to do however I'm not going to rule it out, they could easily do that and then have him still enter the Royal Rumble match. Ziggler is yet another favourite to win even though I doubt it very very much. But Ziggler will be on the search for some revenge.

The best possible outcomes
This year has to be one of the most difficult years to predict a Royal Rumble winner. With superstars such as Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose all being entrants it's hard to decide who will actually come out the victor because after all, only one man is winning the Royal Rumble this Sunday and going on to main event the biggest pay per view of the year, Wrestlemania. But what happens to the names who don't win. Today I'm giving you some possible out comes for some of the superstars entering the Royal Rumble and what the next thew months could hold for them.

Dean Ambrose
This past year has been truly amazing for Ambrose. The absences of Roman Reigns last year opened so many doors for the lunatic fringe an threw him right in the spotlight and right into the main event picture. He's feuds with Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt have seen some of the best matches the WWE have produced in years and he's following has grown immensely. He's outstanding promos and unique wrestling ability made him one of the most popular, must see superstars and one of the most diverse and to think he's only twenty nine and we haven't see half of what he can do in the ring is crazy and amazing at the same time. Ambrose is easily another favourite to win the Royal Rumble and with a passionate fan base desperate to see him achieve big big things, can the WWE afford to fail Ambrose and the WWE universe once again? Storyline wise he could easily win the Rumble and have it make sense. He's worked he's ass off this past year and it's more than time for him to climb the championship ladder. If was to eliminate Reigns it would really shake things up on the roster and despite the fact Reigns is the most likely to win the rumble they could still have him play a major role at Wrestlemania that would set him in the direction the WWE want to go with him while if Ambrose fails to headline the biggest pay per view of the year it could be pretty difficult getting him into something strong for Wrestlemania. This would also give Reigns the extra year to work on he's move set and mic work and prove he is main event material, while Ambrose is more than ready for the big stage and most importantly the WWE World heavyweight championship.

Daniel Bryan
Another favourite to win this years Rumble is of course Daniel Bryan. Last week saw the in ring return of Bryan after he spent a massive nine months out of action due to a career threatening injury. Competing on Smackdown in not one but two matches, Daniel proved he was more than ready to be back in the middle of that ring wrestling and that he was ready for the Royal Rumble match. But after main eventing Wrestlemania last year will the WWE put him in the same position for a second year in a row. With he's popularity and the current Storyline's with the main event stars there's no reason for the WWE not to do so. But in my personal opinion I want something different and I think anew feud with a different superstar on the roster would be really good for Bryan. I mentioned in part one how I think another Bryan/Sheamus feud would go down well and if he was to eliminate Bryan this Sunday it would give him the heat he needs and kick start the feud. When it comes to entrants I think we could see Bryan come out last.
Roman Reigns
The last superstar I'm going to be talking about in today's post is Roman Reigns. It no secret that the favourite to win this years Royal Rumble match is Roman Reigns. The WWE have made it pretty clear that they want him as the next big star and what other way to cement him as the next big star than have him win the Royal Rumble ad go on to headline Wrestlemania. Now, the WWE might have a load of faith in him but the WWE universe have made it clear that they believe he is far from ready for the big spotlight. Struggling with mic work, charisma and a diverse move set, Reigns is evidently not ready to main event major pay per views especially Wrestlemania. I think the problem is is that the company are rushing him and what to make him the top star too soon when he's clearly not ready. I seriously think Reigns needs one more year before he could take on the Wrestlemania main event and if he does win this Sunday then the WWE will have some pretty pissed off fans to deal with. Especially when there's superstars such as Dolph Ziggler and Dean Ambrose who are much more worthy and ready. If they do have Reigns loose than it's likely he will be eliminated by Dean Ambrose. The WWE will have no problem in getting Reigns into a big storyline heading into Wrestlemania but he's not ready for the main event of the biggest pay per view of the year just yet.
