Why Seth Rollins/ Daniel Bryan Feud is best for Business

Mr Money it the bank, Seth Rollins
Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World, I hope your all well. With Wrestlemania season officially on the way, it's time to start looking at what the best feuds are heading into the Wrestlemania pay per view itself. With top superstars all fighting for the limelight around this time of year, the WWE need to find a way to please both the superstars and fans. Over the years we have had some truly amazing feuds for Wrestlemania, from Hulk Hogan ad Andrea the Giant to Sheamus and Triple H all the way to Daniel Bryan VS The Authority, and yes some have been more popular than others, but all have gone down to be some of the best feuds in the history of the company and have defined careers. With so many young, up and coming talent such as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Rusev, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and plenty more, there is only one space for the big one. Only one can main event the biggest pay per view of the year. But that doesn't mean that the other's have to take a step back. A huge chunk of some of the best matches in Wrestlemania history haven't been main event match ups and so it's anyone's game. Today, I'm going to be telling you why I think a Seth Rollins/Daniel Bryan Feud is best for business heading into Wrestlemania season. You can let me know what feuds you think would make this year's Wrestlemania the biggest and best to date by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria. The links to any recent posts will be bellow at the end of this post.

Over the past three year's or so we have seen a huge shift in the WWE power rankings. Suddenly it's all about a new breed. A new set of superstars, the young, up and coming talent. Stars such as Dean Ambrose, Daniel Bryan, Rusev, Seth Rollins,Cesaro and Roman Reigns have been dominating the main roster and have become some of the most must see and popular superstars in not only recent years but the history of the company. Taking the WWE by storm, the young talent have raised the bar and provided some of the best matches and feuds in years, from Bray Wyatt VS John Cena, to the Shield VS The Wyatt family to Daniel Bryan VS the Authority all the way to my personal favourite, Dean Ambrose VS Seth Rollins. The match and wrestling quality has risen and improved greatly and with the addition of Ambrose and Wyatt it's safe to say the mic work has also improved massively. But with already so many huge, major storyline's already taken place what's next? What rivalry will be next to steal the show and named one of the greatest feuds of all time? What two superstars could carry a major feud heading into Wrestlemania thirty one? Well, what about Seth Rollins VS Daniel Bryan. Let's take a look what these two superstars have achieved already in their early careers and why the WWE would be stupid to miss a feud between between the two.

Daniel Bryan
There's simply no denying it, Daniel Bryan is currently one of the most talented and popular WWE superstars. The past three year's have seen he's career go from strength to strength and I don't think even Daniel himself could have predicted could the amazing past thew year's he has had. Bryan's career started out in the indies and he really did make a name for himself in that scene, he actually took on Cena earlier on in he's career  in a trial match but if course we wouldn't see him make it until he was a contestant on NXT were despite the fact The Miz was he's pro he managed to win the fans over and even though he has had the odd couple of heel turns the WWE universe remained extremely loyal to him and the yes (and no) chant are still going strong three years down the line. Bryan really has changed the idea of what a main event star is and challenged the stereotypes, proving that hight, weight and looks doesn't come into the equation, he has the wrestling ability, the ambition, the drive, the charisma and the crowd love and appreciation and it's all that that has made made him one of the most must see, talented, popular superstars right now. He's the perfect example that hard work really does pay off and with the help of belief, you will achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. The past couple of years the WWE have been focusing on the storyline of Daniel Bra VS The authority and let's face it, it's worked massively and has been the true turning point in Daniel career. He kick started two thousand and fourteen in the best way possible, being apart of every single Monday night RAW either main eventing or being apart of one of the biggest matches of the night. He then of course went on to have an amazing performance at the Elimination Chamber and we then have Wrestlemania. Daniel really couldn't of asked for anything more during Wrestlemania season, essentially being apart of two feuds mixed into one, Bryan took on one of the all time greats, Triple H at the biggest pay per view of the year, Wrestlemania and managed to defeat him but he also then main evented the show going up against two other greats of this generation, Batista and Randy Orton, in the end defeating them both in a triple threat match to become the new WWE World Heavyweight champion. It was about a month or two after Wrestlemania that things began to change and with only one pay per view title defence, Bryan was forced to take time out of action due to a career threatening neck injury and we wouldn't see Bryan in action for nine months. But if we look at what he did right right at the start of twenty fourteen with Bray Wyatt, he really did shine there also, having one of the best matches of the year once again, that time at the Royal Rumble pay per view. With Bryan now back in action after retuning last Thursday on Smackdown things have really started to shake up with the top superstars and with Wrestlemania season  now active, feuds for the biggest show of the year are beginning to kick start. Now, it appears the WWE still have plans to have Bryan work with the Authority storyline, But heading into Wrestlemania, what is best for business for Daniel Bryan? Say he doesn't win the Royal Rumble, what's the next best thing for him? Or even after Wrestlemania, what will be the best direction for him, when it comes to feuds and storyline's? With so many up an coming talents around there's a good mixture of superstars Bryan could rival with this year. At the moment he does appear to be doing some more work with Kane witch you all know I personally do not love what so ever. If the WWE do want Bryan to carry on feuding with the Authority (witch I think works best anyway) than the best man to take him on is most defiantly Seth Rollins.

Seth Rollins
Since arriving on the main roster back in late two thousand and twelve, Seth Rollins has improved week after week after week and over the past year or so we have seen him really transform into a major main event WWE Superstar. But if we go right back to the start of Rollin's career, way before he signed a WWE contract; anyone who has seen he's work from the indies will know that everyone knew he was going to be a huge star and have an amazing amazing future whether it has been inside or out of the WWE. When he did  sign with World Wrestling Entertainment there was a lot of backstage heat with Rollins between him and some of the officials but their was no hiding it, the WWE had huge faith in him and had some big plan for him. Over in FCW he would have great success as one of the most popular superstars on the roster having some of the best matches in the promotion including a feud with Dean Ambrose. He then in NXT became the first ever NXT Champion and had a great time there. When the Shield was created the WWE made it pretty damn obvious they wanted to make a huge star out of power house Roman Reigns, wanting to make him the next big star in the company. However, despite the heavy push Reigns was getting these guys were a faction. Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns became one of the strongest factions in WWE history and when you truly look back there really was one true stand out. That one true stand out being Seth Rollins. Even in their first pay per view match all the way back at TLC two thousand and twelve it was Rollins who stole the show taking things high risk and showing a seriously diverse move set and he continued to show that throughout the whole time the Shield existed. He would show improvements every single time he was in the ring and he would steal the show whenever he was put in a match. I always said Rollins was the real star in it all. When the Shield split it was clear that was the best move for Seth. At first I had my doubts about him being able to pull off a good heel but almost a year down the line, I can say that Seth Rollins is one of the strongest, best heels the WWE have produced in many years. He know's how to work the crowd, how to get under the skiing of the WWE universe. He knows who Seth Rollins the character is. How he is suppose to walk, talk, wrestle and even smile like Seth Rollins the heel. We have seen him improve week after week after week as a character, as a heel, on he's mic work and in the ring and he has truly been shaped as one the top stars in the company right now. Whether you like him or not, there's no denying the fact, Seth Rollins is the future of the WWE. Now, what's next for Rollins? This Sunday he will compete in a triple threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight championship against John Cena and the reigning champ, Brock Lesnar. The reality of it is is that Rollins doesn't actually need the championship just yet so what are the likely feuds for him going into Wrestlemania. Well, this weekend we should be seeing the return of Randy Orton, and let's face it Orton is gonna want a piece of Rollins after everything that had happened the last time Orton was on TV. However, what is best for Rollins a little further down the line. As part of the Authority you can either be put in numerous good feuds or bunch of weak ones, in order to keep Rollins on the top it appears a feud with Daniel Bryan makes perfect sense.

Both Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan are two of the biggest stars right now in the WWE. They have used every single moment of their career to better themselves and the hard work has paid off. Now, it's more likely these two will not feud heading into Wrestlemania and we will instead see Rollins take on Orton and Bryan still somehow be involved with the Authority and the main event as he's a likely Royal Rumble winner. However, a feud between these two is more than needed this year. Many people including myself have pointed out that Daniel Bryan needs to stay feuding with the Authority this year for a little longer but no one and I mean no one wants to see another Bryan/Kane storyline. It's simple, have Bryan feud with Rollins who by the way is a member of the Authority and it's a win win situation. A heavy storyline between these two will really bring out the best in both of them and will push them both to improve more and more, both in the ring and on the mic. It would also really help push Seth Rollins even more as a heel and anyway who doesn't want the biggest current heel go up against the biggest current baby face? This type of feud would also really help
prove that the WWE do have strong plans for the future of the company and the younger talent, slowly breaking away from some of the older talent who have been in the business longer. You can only imagine how much the fans would love it and how much they will be into the storyline. If Bryan wins the WWE World Heavyweight championship at Wrestlemania than it opens the door for the feud straight away. With Brock Lesnar most probably not planning on making any other appearances it means the Authority will want the championship on their top guy and well Seth Rollins fits that description pretty well. By this time Rollins will be more than ready for a title Reign and would allow im to show even more just how diverse he is.

The WWE know how to put on a strong feud that keeps the fans wanting more and watching the product. A heavy storyline between these two will help both the two superstars and the all round WWE product.  I think it's also important to highlight just how different these guys are to the usual main event star. Their not the tallest or biggest of superstars but their diverse move set and strong characters are enough to put them right on top of the food chain. Some may argue that a feud between the two is too soon but I think it's far from too soon and could really help make twenty fourteen a big year for both of them.
