RAW Predictions

Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. This is my final RAW prediction post before Christmas witch of course mean's it's the final show before the holidays! Throughout the month I have been uploading my "Of the year" post witch have included superstar of the year, diva of the year, match of the year and plenty plenty more. Tomorrow I will finally be uploading the big one, my superstar of the year so make sure to keep an eye out for that.It will also be the last post until the 28th of December because I'm having my Christmas break. Links to the article will be up as usual on Twitter and Tumblr. So, as I said tonight is the last show before Christmas and the penultimate show of the year so we can expect a very festive show tonight as Hulk Hogan make's an appearance, most probably dressed as Santa. Today I'm going to give you a thew little predictions for the show tonight. Remember I will be live tweeting throughout RAW tonight also. I will leave the links bellow to any recent post including last weeks RAW Review and Reactions. Finally, you can let me know what YOUR predictions for tonight are by leaving a comment bellow or by tweeting me at @TezangiVictoria.

As mentioned already, tonight we can expect a very festive show as we hit the penultimate show of the year. Tonight, the WWE will begin to start or hint at new feuds starting inn the upcoming year and will of course focus around the build up to the Royal Rumble pay per view and pick up from what took place on last week's episode. It was also announced last week that Hulk Hogan would be making an appearance tonight so expect some cheesy promo work and a rather orange Santa! I doubt he will play any major role in a storyline and is most likely going to promote the WWE Christmas merchandise deals and cause some trouble on RAW.

Last week saw Seth Rollins defeat John Cena (with the help of Brock Lesnar of course) so it would come to a surprise  if the two meet in the ring once again tonight. If they do step in the ring again tonight against each other it is way more likely to be in tag team action. We can expect the likes of Roman Reigns, the big show, Luke Harper and Dolph Ziggler to be potential tag team partners tonight. All of these guys will be looking to heat up a feud or kick start a new one heading into two thousand and fifteen. After what has taken place these past two weeks it's more than likely we will see Reigns go one on one with the big show, if not tonight then some time in the near future to boost him up a little and get him over, to make him look strong heading into the Royal Rumble. A momentum build is clearly what Reigns needs after being our of action for three months and with so many fans doubting him as a main event star the company have some work to do in order to turn around public opinion.
As for Harper and Rowan they are in some serious need to a momentum boost. After failing to defeat their previous opponents the two are in desperate need of a little push to put them back on track. The WWE need to remember these two are not the youngest of up coming stars and they are wasting valuable time with them. Tonight the two will should be looking to score a huge win and enter a new feud. Strangely the WWE have shown more faith in Rowan over the past thew weeks and he has scored much more wins than Harper. The direction they have him go in tonight will be interesting after a strange week last week. They both need something fresh and strong tonight and with Rowan having such a limited gimmick, what's next for him is hard to predict. Dolph Ziggler is another one we can expect the WWE to pay a lot of attention too tonight. He has been put centre stage these past couple of months and so he deserves, and after a strong match last week on Smackdown against Seth Rollins tonight we should find out weather he is continuing a feud with Harper or moving on to something new. What the WWE need to remember however, is the championship he holds.
Back to Seth Rollins and we can more than expect him in the main event once again and for the tension between him and Cena to carry on. Or we could see him try and get some retribution after he's loss last week to Ziggler.

Last week on Tribute tot he troops, Ambrose managed to score a win over Bray Wyatt in a boot camp match and as the WWE have already hinted the war is far from over between these two. Personally I think this is it now between the two. They have showed us and given us everything, how they will carry on a strong feud after the three big matches they have already had, I don't know? Tonight, we should hopefully seem them in one on one action as they missed last weeks RAW. It's been a while since Bray has had a match on RAW so maybe tonight is the night.

When it comes to returns and possible things to come tonight for unlikely superstars, the same names pop up. Last week, Darren Young made he's in ring return at a live show apparently with a new persona. Weather or not he returns to TV tonight will be another thing but I highly doubt it. If they have new plans for him then right now is not the time to give him any push. There's nothing strong going for him at the moment and if they wait a little while then it could be different. However, allowing him to pick up a quick win match to put him over will not be  a bad idea or a little promo to gear up he's return. Barrett also tweeted last week a return to the ring picture as he began to train again. Once again, an in ring return tonight seems unlikely and he is more likely to make he's comeback at the Royal Rumble. A push for Titus O'Neil has also been discussed over the past week, weather or not they show off the new plans tonight seems unlikely however there is a space for him to squeeze into as a top heel, as I mentioned before, Ziggler may need a new guy to step up to the plate and challenge him for the championship. On the note of debuts, the WWE have continued to post pictures of Tyler Breeze at house shows with the main roster. I doubt a debut tonight but the young star has not appeared on NXT for quite some time now and a debut tonight does not seem impossible. Finally we can expect more plugging for the debut of the Ascension.

There will also be progression in the new feud between Ryback and Rusev. I mention last week that
I'm not interested in this feud what so ever. I don't think these guys any chemistry and it simply fails to please and excite me. Tonight Ryback will be on the hunt for some payback and momentum after the attack from Ruse on Smackdown.

As for the divas division we should get a better idea tonight as to who Nikki will feud with next for the divas championship. With AJ missing the show last week (all of them) it doesn't seem likely  their feud will continue, but AJ out of the title picture seems impossible so weather or not she returns tonight will decide what the fate is between the two divas. Last week on Smackdown Nikki was forced to defend her title against Naomi who is currently working a strange storyline with the Miz and husband Jimmy Uso. Some preview clips for the second part of total divas season three was released in the week and so we can expect some plugging of that tonight and possibly a match up between Paige and Natalya judging by the clips that were put out, and also due to the fact that Paige hasn't been on RAW for a couple of weeks.
