Hello everyone and welcome back to Talk Wrestling World. We have finally reached the December and as you will already know it's a huge month here on my blog. Throughout the whole of December I will be giving you my "Of the year" posts including, superstar of the year, diva of the year, match of the year, debut of the year and plenty plenty more. So far you have all been loving the series and I have really enjoyed writing them all up. Today we are taking a look at my top five shocking WWE moments of 2014. This is a post I've really been waiting to write up for a while now. This year has seen a lot of "omg" moments to say the least so it was difficult listing my top five, but I have finally got my favourites! Remember none of the posts in this series have been influenced by any of my readers or followers and have all been written up according to my own notes and opinions. That being said I would love to know what YOU think, so feel free to leave a comment bellow or tweet me at @TezangiVictoria letting me know what you're top five shocking moments are of the year. I will also leave the link's bellow to any recent posts. Right let's get into the top five...

5) Paige's main roster debut/ Divas championship win
Kicking off my top five shocking WWE moments of 2014 is the debut of Paige. Over the past year or so the WWE universe have been anticipating the debut of the anti diva. After spending a good, lengthy time down in FCW and NXT, Paige developed a strong following all around the world while also becoming the first NXT divas champion. Everyone wanted to see Paige debut on the main roster and everyone wanted her to feud with one diva. That diva of course being the longest reigning divas champion AJ Lee. The WWE decided to give us what we wanted this year when. On the night after Wrestlemania the diva of tomorrow made her much anticipated main roster debut on Monday night RAW. Interrupting AJ Lee's promo, Paige made a shock appearance, making her way down to the ring to confront the divas champion. to our surprise Paige claimed she was out to congratulate the champ, however AJ being AJ didn't take it the best way and demanded the two had a match and that she would put her title on the line. This led to a "this is awesome" chant echoing through the arena and twitter going insane. After things didn't look to be going down well for Paige out of nowhere she hit the page turner and after the count of three became the divas champion. The reaction to her coming out, the intensity, the shock of her being the diva to end AJ's title reign, an NXT rookie , made this one of the most shocking moments of the year.

4) Daniel Bryan's Wrestlemania victory
Coming in at number four in my top five shocking WWE moment's of two thousand and fourteen is Daniel Bryan's Wrestlemania victory. When I was writing up my notes for this post this one came in pretty early but I didn't know if to have it in the list. Yes it was a shocking moment, but I felt that a lot of you would say that because the fans had been waiting so long and the build up left it pretty predictable meant that it wasn't really a shock, but after going over it quite a thew times I decided that I really wanted to actually have him in the list after all, so here it is. The first thew months of the year focused pretty much all around Daniel Bryan and setting the stage for him and Wrestlemania. And I think it was the build up that made this moment that much better. On the night of Wrestlemania Bryan really did steal the show, and after scoring the win over Triple H the main event stage was set and it was time for Bryan to have he's true moment. The match itself was amazing, one of the best of the year in my opinion and the ending was perfect. What I loved the most was even though most of the WWE universe knew it was likely Bryan was going to win the moment he actually won and became the WWE World Heavyweight champion was still one of the most shocking and fulfilling moments of the year.

3) Sting's WWE Début
Up next is by far one of the most shocking WWE moments of two thousand and fourteen. Over the past year the WWE had been dropping hint after hint after hint as to when and if WCW legend sting would make he's official WWE debut. Rumours went around the internet for months on end  and everyone wanted to know when the icon would make he's way to a WWE ring for the first time ever. Throughout the Summer we did begin to get closer to what we actually wanted, as the WWE announced that Sting would feature in the WWE 2K15 game. During the Summer Slam weekend Sting was also at the roster reveal and made several public appearances with WWE and WWE superstars. But the company would leave us hanging on just that little longer. At the Survivor Series pay per view last month, Sting made he's much anticipated WWE debut during the Team Cena VS Team Authority match up. The timing was literally perfect! Just when we were all convinced that Team Authority would be scooping up the big win, out of nowhere Sting's new theme hits and he's right there, making he's way down to the ring. Th arena and twitter went crazy and even though the rumours of him making an appearances on the show had been surfacing around the internet all week this was still one of the most shocking moments of the year.

2) Seth's heel turn
Coming in at number two is easily one of the most truly shocking, draw dropping moment's of two thousand and fourteen. I was back and fourth back and fourth deciding weather or not to have this as my number one most shocking moment of the year, but when I went back and watched both of numbers one and two this one was just a little less... OMG...sort of. It of course is the Seth Rollins heel turn. I don't think there was a single person in the entire world who thought this was going to happen. The night of Payback saw the most shocking closing moments of the year as Triple H announced he's plan B. Little did the WWE universe know that plan B was actually Seth Rollins. You will remember the huge feud between the Shield and Evolution and after Batista quit earlier on in the night we all knew something big was going to happen, but none of could of predicted what was actually going to go down. When he actually hit Roman across the back with the chair I think I died a little inside. It was as if the fandom just blew up in a matter of seconds! Everything about it was perfect and was truly one of the most shocking moment's in the WWE of the whole year.

1) The End Of The Streak
Finally we have reached the number one spot and their truly was only moment that deserved to be at the number one spot, being the official most shocking WWE moment of two thousand and fourteen. This was not only the shock of the year but this was one of the most shocking moments in the history of the WWE. So as usual the streak was on the line at Wrestlemania and just like every single year I watched this match thinking there was no chance Taker was going to loose, but yet there was that little part of me that thought...maybe just maybe he will actually loose and it will be the end of the streak. I think this is a very popular thing, everyone always think deep down that the streak will end but you never actually think it will happen. Well this year it did happen and it shocked the entire WWE universe. Twitter blew up and the arena were stunned in silence, with some of the best shock faced ever. I remember watching it with my brother and the two of going crazy, and remember that here in the UK it it was around three AM. Even though I hated and still do hate the idea and who ended the streak it was done perfectly and still to this day, whenever I watch that moment the shock
is still there and it still hurts the good old feels.
